I called Alex at 8:30am asking if he could please power wash the fronts of my SF retails stores that same morning. We were having holiday lights installed at 12 noon and I was desperate to have the exteriors cleaned before. He was at my door by 10am and done with both stores before 11:30! HIGHLY recommend. AMAZING SERVICE! They came right to our door in San Francisco. Geoffrey is very knowledgeable about carpets and pays close attention to every detail. This was my first time owning a Persian rug, and I had no idea how to care for it, but Geoffrey not only cleaned our rug, he even shared interesting facts about its background. The transformation after cleaning was incredible—what I thought was just a nice rug turned out to be a real treasure. The rug feels softer than most of my clothes, and that's no joke! When he brought the rug back, Geoffrey gave us helpful tips on how to place it in our home and showed us the best way to care for and vacuum it. We plan to have all our rugs cleaned and restored here in the future. Five stars! I’ve attached before and after photos—just check out the difference! I spoke with Ross, who assured me that there would be no issues getting to my place at a very reasonable price. He adjusted his schedule and arrived in a timely manner. Ross explained the cleaning product he was using to remove the stains from the carpet and showed me the results. I was truly amazed when he finished. from the first call to the last text, anthony and nolan went above and beyond to make sure the carpets in my home were spotless and that i was completely happy. i reached out to anthony after a friend recommended the company. he took the time to explain their carpet cleaning process and gave me a clear price, then we set up a time for them to clean three carpeted rooms in the house i was moving out of. one room had been used by an older dog, so i was really worried about pet stains and odors. i let them know it was important that the carpets were as clean as possible so i could get my deposit back. anthony and his team showed up right on time, kept me updated, and even sent progress photos while i was at work. the pictures looked fantastic. when i got home, the carpets were still a bit damp, so i couldn’t fully check the results right away. the next day, the toughest carpet looked much better and the other rooms looked almost brand new! at first, there was a slight smell from the cleaning pulling up all the pet odors, so i let anthony know about it. he called me right away to find a solution and came back the next day with nolan to redo all the carpets using a different method. when i came home after they finished, i could see a huge improvement—the carpets looked and smelled fresh! i really appreciate the effort and care they put into making sure my carpets were clean and that i was satisfied. i highly recommend anthony, nolan, and the whole team for carpet cleaning!

I've been wanting to write this review for a while but just got around to it now. My husband and I recently bought our home and were considering replacing the carpet. I'm so glad we decided to have it cleaned first! Collin came out to clean our carpets and did an amazing job. The carpets look so much better than I expected, especially since the previous owners didn't really take care of them. Collin provided excellent customer service and had such a positive attitude.
