We were notified by our home insurance provider that they would not renew our policy unless we had all mold and moss removed from our roof. Alex and his team did an excellent job for a excellent price and cleaned up the premises after the roof washing was complete. They also took before and after photos and provided info required by our insurance company. Overall a very professional team!

Alex was super friendly, very responsive over text, and prompt on arrival for the roof cleaning appointment I had set up. My roof had lichen, moss, and was very dirty after years of not servicing it. I had Alex Power Wash cleaned my roof in July this year. Alex and his coworker washed my roof, solar panels, gutter and outside windows. They did very good job to clean the roof, and now my roof looks like new. Their price is also competitive.

Alexpowerwash came to my house (2 stories plus a very high roof line) and washed everything!! He did my roof and solar panels, the entire outside of my house including all my windows and sliding glass doors and all of my decks, walkways and driveways!! Alex and his helper were here for more than 9 hours and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

Alex Power Wash is a very reliable, great workmanship and very reasonable price company. Alex came out to perform a roof power wash per my insurance company's request. Alex and his worker arrived on time and finished the job in about 2.5 hours. After they completed, my tile roof looks just like new after 50+ years. :) Alex is very easy to work with. Great guy. I definitely will recommend his service to all my friends and anyone who need a power wash cleaning job.

I have hired Alex to power wash my house twice. Both times he went above and beyond what I expected. He is very responsive and communicative, gave me professional estimates in writing for both jobs, and was very professional and thorough in his work. I also hired him to do a touch up paint job on my house, which ended up being much more involved and took much longer than expected because he noticed issues and problems (that I had not) and he wanted to fix those. He takes pride in his work and has very high standards. He is also very conscientious and kind. I would highly recommend Alex for any job.

Alex and his colleague of Alex Power Wash were courteous, professional, and super personable. More importantly, they did a real solid job cleaning our roof. I plan to contact them again the next time we need our roof or the exterior of our house washed. I recommend Alex Power Wash if you need your roof or house washed.

UPDATE: When I contacted Alex to let him know we needed additional roof photos for our insurance, Alex did not hesitate to help. He provided the photos enabling us to get our insurance renewed. Alex clearly cares about helping his customers.

Pretty much an ideal experience. Called at about noon to ask about getting part of my house done, Alex himself picked right up and I spoke with him directly. He listened, had me text him a quick picture, then offered a great rate for what I was requesting and said he could come by the same day at 3:30. He showed up exactly on time and even texted to let me know he was 15 mins out, nice touch.

He set up, did an excellent job, actually a bit above and beyond what he committed to, and did excellent work.

Also, just a good dude.

Won't hesitate to call him again.

I agree with all of the other positive reviews of Alex’s service. He recently power washed our back patio area and front entrance. He was courteous, professional, prompt and efficient. I would definitely hire Alex again for any power washing job we have.

Alex was responsive, gave me a very competitive bid, and immediately booked a date for me. He perfectly cleaned my roof and house, and that same day provided with with the exact documentation I needed to renew my homeowner's insurance (as they had required the cleaning for continued coverage).
