Luis and team were here yesterday to clean my Room & Board velvet sofa and a microfiber chaise which were both gross after a decade of my dog using them as his primary lounging and sleeping spots. Luis warned me that the cleaning would upset the nap of the velvet and would leave stripes on the sofa. Indeed, it did but the sofa is so much cleaner I don't even care. (Also, once the sofa was fully dry I was able to use a gentle clothes steamer and a horsehair brush to help re-lay the nap of the velvet in the right direction.) It's not perfect, but I am ok with it because the sofa is SO CLEAN and not smelly anymore. Honestly, such a godsend, I was actually thinking I might have to get rid of the sofa.

All my communications with this crew were easy and professional, and they arrived exactly as promised - at the start of the time window. The cleaning took a little less than an hour, it was super efficient. I called around to several places and this was by far the best -priced. Would not hesitate to recommend Luis and team to anyone needing upholstery cleaning!

Luis and his team were awesome! They came on time and finished when they said :). We had our white microfiber couches cleaned with a few stains that were not an issue at all. They made it look brand new and cleaned up everything before they left. Very professional and they did an A+++ job. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Luis and Jerling did a fantastic job on our area rugs and couch for a reasonable price! Efficient, thorough, friendly and fair. No rough chemicals either. Was worried about our wool shag rug but it looks almost brand new now with no damage to the fibers.

This is the second time i've used ASF for my window cleaning and power washing. Once again, I am very pleased with the work they did. I requested the ASF Clean Team to perform multiple services: Cleaning the gutter, repairing a detached downspout and cleaning the high greenhouse type kitchen windows. Two men, Sow and Cheng, both did an outstanding job!

they did an extremely through and complete job. They worked fast and efficient. They conferred with me and advised me on their game plan. After they were finished, they showed me all the images (before and after) so I could see the work that they completed for the gutters. The downspout was not only reinstalled, but they paid attention to ensure the diversion of water was most effective. The high kitchen windows contained much refuse and animal feces being stuck between the wall and the top ceiling window. They removed it and restored the window to a very clean view.

I commend ASF and the two men that worked hard and fast to complete the work. Awesome job!

ASF Window Cleaning Service did an amazing job on all my windows and sliding glass doors. Sow & Dias were prompt, friendly and efficient. I have used ASF before and will do so in the future. ASF also did windows and glass doors at two of my neighbor’s homes as well.

Excellent experience once again with ASF Clean Team! They tackled our 3 stories of large windows and screens inside and out, transoms, and even 4 skylights atop a Spanish tile roof.
