Luis and the team did a great job cleaning our sofa. They were professional, efficient, and diligent. I’d definitely use their services again.

Luis did a great job and was very professional! We had a minor issue with the breakers in our house getting tripped when the equipment first started as our place is fairly old, but Luis was super helpful and patient throughout the process. He also helped us reset our breakers. Our carpets have never been cleaner and I highly recommend Luis for your cleanings too!

Had Luis from ChemDry come and do a carpet cleaning upon me moving out of my apartment. Very quick and professional responses over phone and text. I’m glad I came across ChemDry and the other Google reviews were spot on! Competitive pricing also was a decision factor for me. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with this group! They cleaned a couch and two upholsters chairs for us in about an hour and did a fantastic job! Overall they were professional and great with communication. Would use them again for sure!

Luis and his team did a fantastic job on my sofa! My sofa is a pretty light color and had a fair amount of set-in stains with some discoloration that definitely needed a deep clean. While Luis said he might not be able to get all the stains out, he and his team did — so I'm incredibly happy with the service B&G Chem-Dry provided. Highly recommend!

Luis was friendly, cleaned everything beautifully and was easy to communicate with. He got a huge stain out of my couch. I live in the 4th floor and they carried everything up and down and still had a smile the whole time. Thanks!

Luis and his team were quick, professional, and friendly. I got a quick quote on Yelp and they were able to show up the next day! I wish I took before photos of our rug and couch because they got out years old stains, and they were even using a headlamp to thoroughly address any little marks/stains. What used to be an eye sore is now a brand new couch!

My experience with b&g chem dry was great! Initially I wanted to get an estimate and Luis was quick to respond and, very transparent with the pricing and timeframe. On the day of, he was on time, friendly and, worked to get the job done in a timely fashion. After the cleaning my carpets looked amazing and my house smelled so good!

First red flag - Luis estimated me at $129 and came today and told me it was 150 and only brought in a vacuum and scrubbing machine that was for cleaning wood/hard tile floors. I asked him why there was no steam machine; he said it was the "deep cleaning" option, and then he requoted me for $270??

This made no sense, as he brought the wrong machine up and then proceeded to double charge me. How are you supposed to clean carpet with a scrubbing machine that would just ruin the carpet? Then double charge when he brings in the machine that he was supposed to use anyways? I also talked to another company, and the only basic cleaning option IS STEAM CLEANING.

I find this VERY dishonest.

Second red flag - He grabbed a measuring tape and measured out the rooms and came to the conclusion of less than 400 sq. ft. and "charged me accordingly." Which I was fine with, but the thing that pissed me off was the fact he didn't clean certain areas like under the bed and said it had to be movable to be cleaned "so he would not damage things." That is understandable, but if you didn't clean it, why charge for it??

Third red flag - Lack of attention to detail: In my hallway into the house, he did not clean any of the carpet on the corners. Some were stains that needed a different tool attachment to get into the grooves, but he did not take any out. Now the majority of corners and grooves of the carpet are still dirty and stained. He kept saying things like it would damage the wood or wall when he just had to clean the edges that would not even touch the wall.

What he did well—he was respectful all the way through and helped his employee throughout the process.

What he needs to improve on—communications for sure. He needs to tell the customers what service they are paying for and what tools will be used. And probably not bring a wood floor scrubbing machine into a fully carpeted home.

he brings wrong machine, hikes the price from initial quote 129 to 150, brings the right machine and double charges the price to 299. I wouldnt come here again.

Luis is really good at what he does, he was thorough, get knowledgeable, and concise, left the carpet almost dry so it works great.
Highly recommend him.

Luis and company did an excellent job for our bdrm spaces as well as our large downstairs home school space. (We have utilized his services before). Professional, quick and efficient. Will definitely be contacting him once again.

Luis and team were professional and courteous, on time (even early!) and they did a great job deep cleaning, especially our carpeted entry stairs which hadn’t been cleaned for likely decades.

Luis and staff are friendly, professional and good at what they do. We had an issue with a cat urine smell from a previous renter and originally our landlord hired Alex’s carpet cleaning which was supposedly a good company with good reviews. While nice they failed to get rid of the odor. Then we tried Stanley steamer. Even with their truck mount machine they didn’t remove the odor. That’s when we reached out to Luis from BG. He told us he might not be able to remove the odor in one visit but we trusted his expertise and saw all the great reviews on google and yelp. He and his assistant Ludwig were very professional and their machine got so hot it had steamed up all the windows not to mention all the steam bubbling up in their machine. Well I’m glad to say the smell went away within a day or two and so far it’s been a week without any cat urine smell. After 3 different carpet cleaners B&G resolved our issue. Highly recommended

Excellent experience with B&G Chem Dry. Luis was so easy to work with and very communicative. They did an incredible job on my carpet, and got a massive stain out. Also did a really nice job deep cleaning my nursery chairs. Will defn have them back regularly. Prices were competitive and fair. Highly recommend.

Efficient, on time, and solid attention to detail. The team did an excellent job cleaning carpets, rugs, an armchair, and a sofa. They got stains out that were 5+ years old! I have little kids and the state of the armchair was completely gross. It now looks, and smells, completely new!

Luis and his crew were very responsive and fast. I had a really dirty carpet from 3 years and I was desperate to find reliable cleaners. I was able to call the number on this site and Luis picked up right away, did a quick assessment with some pictures I sent and shortly after was sending me a quote. Within the same week he came over and did a great job. No AI costumer service, so long wait times. Super personable and productive. I’ll be saving this company for future reference
