Absolutely Exceptional Service!

We recently needed seven area rugs cleaned after a tragic accident in our home, and Rug Masters truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. The team handled everything with care, returned our rugs looking like new, and even replaced all of the carpet mats — a thoughtful touch we didn’t expect.

Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service made a difficult situation so much easier. We’re extremely grateful and will absolutely use Rug Masters again. Highly recommended!

He got the dog pee smell out & it smelling fresh! It’s bamboo silk so it’s a specialize cleaning process and when done incorrectly, the colors will run. I called 10 different spots and even had one guy try it and everyone turned it down for fear of ruining the carpet. Iraj did a great job!

I found Rug Masters and was able to get my 8x10 green shag rug deep cleaned back in April 2025. I left this rug in the garage and it was unfortunately got caught in a flood on Christmas Day. As a result, it was soaked and started to have a musty odor. I contacted Jay, who was able to again pick it up at my house in Daly City, deep cleaned it for 2 weeks, and dropped it back to my house. My green shad rug, now back in my living room, appeared back to new and was completely rid of any odors. Highly recommend!

I took two rugs in to have the fringe repaired and the rugs cleaned. Rug Masters did an AMAZING job re-fringing and cleaning the rugs. The colors are deeper and the pile is super soft! I would highly recommend their services for cleaning and repairing. Great Job!

Rug masters cleaned our antique (1920s) Persian rug and it looks amazing again. I inherited this rug from my parents and I doubt they ever had it professionally cleaned. It arrived at my house with a decayed pad, sand and grit falling out and matted wool. Rug masters sold me a new pad to fit, cleaned the rug and returned it looking bright and beautiful. Pick up and delivery were quick and well coordinated.

I bought a Persian area rug from Rug Masters and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and experience. I hard a really hard time choosing one because all of the rugs they have are so beautiful and well-priced! Highly recommend!

Needed a white and black Moroccan living room rug cleaned before the holidays and Iraj and team from Rug Masters did a fantastic job. I had only had my carpet cleaned once prior and there was still an old pet accident left behind. I’m happy to report that the old pet stain and every other stain was removed. My carpet came back looking brand new. I am so grateful to have found them and will definitely be a repeat customer. I was almost considering buying a new carpet but after this cleaning, this rug will certainly last me as many years as I’d like it to.

Rugmasters does exceptionally good work and their service makes it so easy for me. Jay picked up my smaller red Kilim and a much larger handmade rug, both of which had lots of stains. He returned them a few weeks later - good as new!! I couldn't be happier with my decision and can highly recommend them! Don't bother looking for anyone else. You'll get good value, great results and personalized service with Rugmasters.

This company is a thief, rude, and very unprofessional from their office staff and dispatch personnel.
Ben the actual cleaner was a nice guy and I am sad he works for this company. He can do so much better.
I booked a carpet cleaning was upfront I do not need deep cleaning and it was only 3 rooms. They quoted me $124 dollar. Ok, Great!
When they arrived, no equipment was brought up and questions began: Did they tell you about the setup fee? No, how much is that? $150. Ok, thats on top of the $124? Yes, it is.
Then it was "what package would you like to get?"
"Would you do it for $200 set up fee?" Seriously? Your setup fee was $150 TWO MINUTES AGO.
"What's your email address?" (So they can send you a quote) I already was told its $124 dollars.
Long story short, the tech said he reached to his supervisor. Never heard back from him.
Then I called the number, not only I got hung up on 3 times, they kept saying a manager will call you.
I finally had it and sent the technician away and did not want to give them my business.

Manuel their estimator arrived out and was great. Super and fast response. We were able to get in their schedule within a few weeks and they did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. Plus the carpets were left without any residue and felt fairly dry when we got home from work. We would use them again.
