Called Schmitt Heating and Cooling during the February 2024 cold snap when our condo's ancient furnace died. The Customer Service Department responded immediately and sent Saul to our rescue. Saul's professionalism was evident from the start. He not only diagnosed the issue with our 85-year-old furnace but also patiently explained our options for repair or replacement. He provided a clear and competitive quote the next day, which was so good that our upstairs neighbor decided to replace their unit as well! Saul, Tom, and their team worked tirelessly to get both units up and running quickly. They were respectful of our space and made sure everything was clean afterwards. We're so grateful for their hard work and absolutely love our new furnace!

Hey, so I've had really good experiences with Schmitt. They installed my HVAC 15 years ago (Carrier Infinity 3-zone system), and when issues came up recently they sent Bryant out and he set things right. And, when an issue reoccurred, he came out again, determined that it was an issue with a thermostat that he had just replaced, and re-replaced the dud thermostat for free. That's great service!

I recently scheduled a dryer vent cleaning service for my home, and I’m very glad I did. My dryer was taking much longer than usual to dry clothes, and I didn’t realize the dryer vent was completely clogged with lint. The technician arrived on time, explained the whole process, and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent from start to finish. After the cleaning, I immediately noticed better airflow and shorter drying time. I feel much safer now knowing the dryer vent is properly maintained.

I have no complaints to share but wanted to share experience.
Shaun is very professional, and provides top notch service. He does not miss anything that may be a (any) issues moving forward. Especially when you are in a crisis with no heat, 72 Degrees came in on the same day service call and hauled a$$ to save us from the cold.

Today's issue was not the heat. Bldg AC was not working in one of my PM rooms. Shaun came in like a champ and figured out what was the issue. All is done, taken care of. No more than 30 minutes, we were rock'n again.

This type of service rocks and beats all other competitors. Especially when we are not a massive, wide bldg, privately owned bldgs seems to scare off alot of other HVAC co. Hmmmm, I wonder!!

Over all, excellent experience from the very beginning. This is the 3rd time we have used 72 Degrees, with no issues, no game playing, no cancelations, no emails go unresponsive and this service is on point.

Jose and the team at Air Flow Pros were fantastic. After a duct cleaning by another company, I was told I had a freon leak, so I called Air Flow Pros. They figured out what was really going on and why my AC was no longer cooling (it was not a leak). They were persistent, clear and thorough. Highly recommended!

Installed a new furnace and ductwork. A good price. Scheduling was a bit delayed but understandable given their delivery issues and other customers’ more urgent needs. All communications were timely and delays reasonable. They never adversely affected my renovation schedule and were always timely. The quality of their work was excellent, and at times innovative. I will use them again and again.
