We needed a forty-year-old range hood taken down and a new hood installed. We also had a range burner that was temperamental. John came out to estimate the job and in a few minutes had the burner working fine. Once we selected our new hood, John returned with a careful and quick installation. Great service and we would eagerly use again for our appliance needs!

Brandon and Alex had a thorough look at our vintage house to determine how to install plumbing for a new washer and dryer. With a hundred years of pipes and additions and new and old systems, it isn’t a straightforward process.

They’re still working on the estimate, but I appreciated their attention to the problem and their clarity.

Next HVAC came out as scheduled to diagnose/repair the status of my oven. It was done timely and worked great and as this was the 2nd time I've used then but for another matter, I'd recommend them or use them again.

I called to get an estimate for a service visit to assess the problem with my freezer. The service charge was very reasonable so I arranged an appointment. The technician was very kind, professional and explained everything he was doing. He said the problem was in the coil and honestly could be quite expensive. I chose not to have it replaced and will probably buy a new freezer. I will certainly use this company again for any other problems that may occur with any of my appliances. Thank you for your honesty.

Excellent service and communication from this NEXT HVAC. They texted when John was en route to my house, and he arrived promptly. John took the time to assess the issue with my dishwasher and how to repair it the same day. He took the time to explain each step and gave a fair estimate. He went above and beyond and tightened my loose kitchen sink faucet without an extra fee. John was exceptional in communication and professionalism. John was on time for the appointment in the early morning on July 4th. He spent times to diagnose the issue for my dishwasher. However, the dishwasher worked well at the moment. John tried all the functions of the machine, it worked well, and no issue at the moment. John is knowledgeable and profession. I will definitely look for this company if there is any issues for my appliances.

Terrible. I engaged Next HVAC to repair my washing machine. Next week will mark three months since Next HVAC did their inspection. They were very responsive at first, reaching out immediately after they were contacted through Yelp and scheduling the inspection for the next business day. After the inspection, they have ghosted me for weeks at a time. When I chased them for updates, sometimes I would get a response, sometimes no response at all. And the washing machine is still broken.

I had a new range hood installed as part of a full kitchen remodel, but it didn't seem to be pulling much, if any, air. I wanted a second opinion so instead of contacting the company that installed it I contacted Next HVAC due to their many good reviews.

Well that was the right thing to do. Scheduling was very easy, they could even see me the same day! I needed an appointment later though, so they set one up for 2 days later. Brandon showed up right on time and within 10 minutes identified that the fan was wired backwards so it was pushing air in instead of pulling it out! He corrected the wiring and put everything back together. The whole appointment took less than an hour. He was polite, professional, and tidy. What more can you ask for?

Very professional and timely service. I needed a 3 zone mini split for a restaurant and they did an excellent and fast job. That old saying of you can’t have all three in fast, reliable, and cheap don’t apply to them. They did it for a very reasonable price, quickly, and professionally. No complaints

NEXT did a fantastic job of installing two minisplits, and compressor on our roof. This was a very challenging install, given our very high pitched roof, getting the compressor up there, and having to wire things to different rooms. They were extremely detail oriented, very professional, tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend them!!

Great experience. They replaced our water heater efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left no mess. Super easy to work with.

Sent a very inexperienced service person doesn’t seem to know what to do & doesn’t even speak much English to communicate. He disconnected the thermostats & left wires loose without even putting back in place. He kept calling someone on his cell to ask what to do & advise. Did not provide any information or report other than simply pointed to the compressor not working after several talk on the phone. Not a honorable service & did not perform as expected. He only spent 5 minutes from beginning to finish.

Maks was prompt and assessed the furnace quickly. He identified what the problem was and thoroughly explained why the issue occurred. He provided us with options for repair and for replacement.
