I’ve used Air Flow Pros 3 times - 2 times dealing with an antique and cranky gravity furnace in our last place, and now that we’ve moved in to our new place, the first thing we did was call them to get our furnace looked at and tuned up. Honest about what is useful vs not useful - happy to answer questions and give the “why” behind what is needed. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone!

AirFloPros did an excellent job of upgrading our HVAC to include a new Trane furnace, air conditioning upstairs and mini splits in our basement rooms. Jose Sandoval crafted a customized solution to limited space for a compressor. His crew was neat, polite and efficient.

Air Flow Pros is my new go-to for furnace/heating issues. Our heater went out the night of December 23, so I called them Christmas Eve morning, having tried three other places first. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and Jose called me within half an hour to say he was on his way. Arrived promptly, investigated the situation, talking me through everything as he went, and had the problem resolved quickly, leaving me with helpful suggestions. Very reasonable price that was well worth it. They will be my first call from now on.

Rocky and his team were great. When my furnace went out they gave me straight up advice and then got it replaced the same day. They were friendly, no bs and gave me a fair price. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

I cannot say enough great things about Airflow Pros. My elderly father’s furnace started making a high-pitched whistling noise, and after a quick Google search, I knew this wasn’t something to ignore. Since I live out of the area and my father is elderly, I was understandably anxious about getting someone out quickly.

I explained the situation, emphasizing my father’s age and the urgency, and Rudy immediately understood. He told me he could be at the house within 15 minutes. That alone speaks volumes.

Rudy arrived with his son Rocky, and from the moment they walked in, they made my father feel comfortable. They quickly bonded over being veterans, which meant a great deal to my dad. Rudy is a huge supporter of veterans and EMS personnel, and that respect and gratitude clearly carries into how he runs his business.

Both Rudy and Rocky were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. They promptly diagnosed the issue and, unfortunately, discovered it was more serious than a faulty inducer. The furnace had cracks and minor carbon monoxide leakage, making replacement the safest option.

Under normal circumstances, I would have gathered multiple bids — but Rudy’s price was very fair, transparent, and competitive. Given the safety concerns, he didn’t hesitate and made arrangements to replace the furnace that same day. I am a no bullshit type of person and they gained my respect immediately so I did not feel the need to get a quote from anyone else. Within two hours, a full crew was onsite.

The installation team was efficient, skilled, and extremely respectful of my father’s home. They worked quickly, paid attention to every detail, and left the area spotless when the job was done.

I received exceptional service from Air Flow Pros during what could have been a very dangerous situation. On the coldest night of the winter, my carbon monoxide alarm went off. Later that evening, PG&E confirmed that our furnace had failed and was releasing carbon monoxide into our home.

The next morning, I began calling HVAC contractors. None of the nine companies I contacted could help for at least a week. Fortunately, a friend from my daughter’s school referred me to Jose. He answered on the second ring, immediately understood the issue, and told me his Vice President would be at my house within the hour. Just 30 minutes later, Rudy arrived and quickly confirmed the diagnosis with his equipment.

Jose immediately recognized the urgency of the situation. Not only were we without heat in freezing temperatures, but our family was also at risk of further carbon monoxide exposure. By 5:00 p.m. that same day, Air Flow Pros had sourced and delivered a new furnace, assembled a six-person crew, and begun removing the old unit. By 8:00 p.m., the new furnace was professionally installed, the work area was spotless, and our home was once again warm and safe.

The service was truly outstanding. Air Flow Pros delivered a high-quality product at a fair price and completed the entire job within eight hours of my initial call. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them without hesitation.

I'm hesitant to give this glowing review as I'm worried I have to wait longer for their services next time due to them being in demand! I can't recommend Next highly enough. They've fixed our fridge, which another company said was toast and told us to buy a new one, and our dishwasher. Everything works great.

I am unhappy that they did no call and advice me as to how much it will cost prior to just pulling apart the dishwasher. I messaged them and asked them to have the technician call me first but I never got a call. Instead my tenants texted me and told me that the job was done. Next thing I knew I being billed $225. It clearly says on their response that the cost for inspection is $70 and that will be waived if the job will accepted. This was a very sneaky way of doing business. I got a lower quote from another business. I would have preferred to be told how much it would have cost me first prior to the job being done.

The gentlemen who came to repair our AC was a very professional mechanic, he not just fixed it, he came inside the house and check each and every vent to make sure the cool air is coming out and there are no obstacles. I have no words to praise his great job, just love it, now that we are coming into summer weather, that is a very big plus that we got this thing fixed. My most sincere thanks to him and his company for doing such a great job, I will definitely use them whenever I have any problem with any of my AC systems. BRAVO to john for doing such a great job. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart. Thank you again JOHN, you are going to be in our good books for the lifetime.

John came to our place and quickly diagnosed and fixed our broken dryer. Fortunately, he even had the replacement part in his van and was able to get everything fixed in just one trip. Highly recommend this company!

Our heat went out the night before we were scheduled to host 20 people for Thanksgiving dinner. We frantically reached out to NEXT HVAC on the off chance that they were able to help. They responded quickly, were easy to communicate with, and scheduled an appointment to come out ON THANKSGIVING. Alex arrived exactly on time, was a pleasure to deal with, and fixed our furnace on the spot and got the heat back on. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I requested estimates from local HVAC companies for the installation of a mini split system in my home. Alex from Next HVAC responded quickly with a comprehensive and competitive bid. Based on my research, I knew I wanted a Senville dual system that has a high SEER rating, energy Star approval, and a top rating from Consumer Reports. Alex listened and provided an estimate based on my request. Several other companies I contacted would only provide bids for much more expensive equipment. I am very satisfied that I accepted the estimate from Next. The company quickly and efficiently scheduled the installation and they were excellent at keeping me informed about the process. Two knowledgeable installers arrived on my doorstep with the equipment, parts, and tools required for a professional installation. They did an excellent job. Thank you Ryan! I am very happy with the quality and service…and my mini split works great! It is incredibly quiet (both inside and outside), and the house cooled down immediately.

Next HVAC replaced my tenant's oven thermostat on September 30 and I paid for it. It went out again on December 21 and I called them again. They came back on Christmas morning and fixed it, without charge. I would give five stars except that I had wanted the tech to call me from the apartment (of my tenant) before he left and he didn't, and also (perhaps because of the holiday) I really didn't know that they were going to fix it for no charge until I just didn't get a bill. So three stars for communication and five stars for service and backing up their work. I recommend.

After we had approved the estimate it took a few phone calls to get the installation set up. John was great both when he came to estimate and for the installation. The price was also good.
