I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this company. I was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day, which was very important because my dryer was not working at all. The technician, Ron, was right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue (clogged dryer vent) and fixed the problem also very quickly, and did a very thorough and excellent job. Ron was also very helpful generally about tips for keeping my dryer working in the future and the cost was reasonable. So glad I found this great company! Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

He went above and beyond in his service when alerting us to a potential problem with how one of our ducts was installed, something the previous technician from another company did not do!
