Jovan, the technician, arrived right on time. Jovan came to fix a faulty p trap. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it quickly. He was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all my concerns and questions.
I am very confident with his work and would recommend him to other clients.

I called with my issue and they sent someone out that same day. Kevin was timely, courteous and remedied our issue quickly. Would use them again!

Even though the plumber arrived late, he effectively resolved the clogged sink issue within an hour. He also took the time to examine the pines and provided an estimate cost for their replacement as a recommendation.

Great Service. Fast and efficient. They gave good information. I would definitely reommend this company. I reqested this company because of a prior claim that I was extremely happy with the service, that I received.

After some unavoidable delays (well communicated) the crew that was sent did a fine and thorough job. They offered some suggestions on how to maintain the sewer line to avoid having to make a repeat call later on. I’ll use them again if necessary.

So far he charged me $380 for a diagnostic fee completed the work but my problem persists!
On discussing this with him he put the phone down on me as I disagreed with paying another diagnostic fee as I felt overcharged initially. Since he obviously did not diagnose effectively in the first place.
By the way I confirmed with them that they work on Axent toilets before appointment.
So next week a new plumber coming to hopefully fix the issue.

I called and said that I needed to have my toilet unstopped. They were very helpful and the service man was very knowledgeable about my problem. He removed it and ran a snake, unstopped it and replaced it in an hour.

The crew arrived, assessed the problem and replaced the sewer line to the street in just two days. They were able to pull the line through so we didn’t have to dig up the driveway. Rey and Jorge were so easy to work with and explained everything fully. Will even came back to fix a sprinkler that broke in the process. We especially appreciated the constant updating and great communication. Would definitely use again.

This is one of the most disturbing service experiences our family has ever had.

A plumber spent approximately 45 minutes in my grandparents’ in-law apartment for a routine issue. Before any payment was processed, he told my mother directly on the phone that the total cost would be $475, and she authorized that amount on her credit card.

Weeks later, my grandmother received a bill for $2,872.22.

When we contacted the company, both the plumber and the manager claimed the charge was “valid” because my grandfather had signed their tablet.

What they failed to mention - and what makes this especially alarming - is that my grandfather is legally blind. He could not see the amount being charged, the terms, or what he was supposedly authorizing.

Despite knowing:
1) The quoted and authorized price was $475
2) The signer was visually impaired
3) The service took under an hour

They are now insisting that a nearly $3,000 charge stands.

Let that sink in.

They quoted one price, charged almost six times more, and are now hiding behind an electronic signature obtained from a blind elderly man.

This is not a billing error. This is a business practice that raises very serious questions about how this company treats vulnerable customers and how often this happens to people who don’t have family members able to fight back.

We are disputing this charge, documenting everything, and filing complaints with the credit card company and appropriate licensing and consumer protection agencies.

If you have elderly parents, grandparents, or anyone with a disability - do not allow this company into your home.

Proceed with extreme caution.
