They started price gouging. The staff is helpful especially the two Chinese chaps who work the floor assisting customers. But the prices. For replacement parts that cost 35 to 40 at a ace or home depot and 50 at wb plumbing across the park (their competition) they wanted 79. For a 6.95 part up the street they wanted 10. It's time to understand that we all are willing to pay a premium to smaller mom and pops ans I did for years but this gouging that started this year has to stop. It's not covid because your competition isn't doing it both big box and mom and pop

Friendly, helpful neighborhood store. If you're a homeowner and want somebody who is patient and helpful, ask for Ted. He's so nice, and won't make you feel bad for doing everything wrong so far.

Great local plumbing retail, small shop but great place to get plumbing business done there. Have been around the area for many years, I have always go there and shop for small little things, and if you have huge plumbing issue also great place to ask for connection with the plumbers. Price is fair, compare driving and gas for 30min Home Depot, this place is the fastest and even cheaper if considering traveling and time is money.

Went to this local shops for my home project, bought some cast iron fittings and pipes. Cast iron fitting are in good prices within inflation ranges (compares to big shop like home depot, they charge like crazy!). Pipes both have imported and USA to suit your need, I pick up the imported one, quite a budget choice compare to USA version, first glance, decent quality. They have lots of copper pipe and fittings too, seems like a handy place for our nearby neighborhood. Inflation killed a lots of small business, price got up like crazy everywhere. I try to support these small business as I can, comparing to big chain merchants like Home Depot they do not care price hiking.

Shop around the city at this Tariffs era, they seems to kept most of their price when many stores already charge extra. kudos

Last week we stopped in for a special Kohler toilet model, they do not have it in stock. We requested special ordering, they gave us the pricing before end of the day Cheapest at $50 less than other places’ special ordering. We got the toilet come in today, get the job done, happy about it!

My water heater crapped out and the one I ordered online wasn’t compatible with my roof’s hook-up. I ran over here and Ted was SO helpful, he found me a compatible replacement in stock and spoke with my plumber to make sure I got the right exhaust parts. Such a great neighborhood store and incredible service!

Bad and expensive diagnosis. He suggested to replace my heater boiler 9K and water heater 9K where the issue was the thermostat that was off because the breaker went off. Not an honest business practice!

These guys do great work, they are on time and will explain things to you clearly and with patience. Plumbing is expensive but I feel the work here is quality.

Tech came for a Kitchen sink plug and repair. He was clear, concise and polite. I just paid for estimate. The two quotes I received for the work were unreasonably expensive. Will try to find a more affordable option.
