Atlas Plumbing (Louis) was amazing, courteous, professional and explained the problem/repair clearly. Louis made sure I was happy with repair and that there was a 30 day warranty on work done. Glad I called Atlas and Rooter and would definitely use them again if needed!

Atlas Plumbing were fast responding, their technicians cheerful and efficient, and replaced our water heater within 24 hours. The cost was pretty reasonable. We'll definitely call on them again.

I had an urgent plumbing issue and Atlas came out same day for me. The tech was great. Explained my options, educated me on what went wrong and what to do next time and fixed the problem. The most impressive... he cleaned more than half the bathroom floor after he was done working... and this place is under renovations with a bathroom floor that was filthy LONG before he got there. He was just very meticulous about doing a good job. I will be calling them again next time I have any kind of plumbing problem.

Really great experience with Atlas! On time, professional and friendly. Nick solved my bathtub drain issue and will be giving me an estimate for an automatic shut-off valve for my main water line. I love supporting local businesses!

Nick was our plumber. He was very kind and patient. He explained everything that he was doing. He did a thorough consultation & told us the cost of the work. He didn’t rush through the job and I was appreciative.

This review is long over-due. Atlas came out to help us with a few slow draining showers and a broken toilet several months ago. They responded quickly to initial phone call (which was on a Saturday I might add) and they showed up later that afternoon. The owner actually showed up (I forgot his name) with one of his employees. They quickly snaked a few drains, fixed the toilet and discovered an issue with our main sewer line and popped a camera down there to show us what was going on. He explained our options and rough cost estimates for each. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to share information with NO selling pressure AT ALL. And he didn't try to claim this was an urgent issue either - definitely one we need to address, but we have some time to plan it out. It's refreshing to find a plumbing company that's good at what they do, efficient and quick in their execution and not pushy with services that you may not need. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing & Rooter.

Luis arrived on time and performed the work with professionalism and courtesy. He took care to minimize his footprint on the sidewalk and explained the entire process of the video inspection of our sewer lateral. The inspection included a USB drive copy of the camera inspection for our records. He provided a quote for and explained the process of replacing the sewer line, which will need to be performed in the future. Scheduling Atlas plumbing was easy, and their prices are very reasonable for SF given their level of service (I obtained 3 different quotes for comparison). I would happily work with Atlas again for all of our future plumbing needs.

Phenomenal service from the get-go. Many calls made to Charlene in the office and the techs Jose and Luis have been at this property of mine many many times to bail us out. We have 228 units. It’s a fairly new complex 18 years and we’re having lots of plumbing issues and maintenance. We can’t keep up. These guys are on time early most of the time very professional very knowledgeable very reliable Atlas just is a phenomenal plumbing company for us. We count on them quite a bit. Don’t be shy give them a try.

Very easy to book. They were available in less than an hour to fix a clogged drain. their work was quick and efficient. Plus they did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Payment quick and easy with a check or can use a credit card for the added processing fees. Website seems to focus on San Francisco but in my case I live on the Peninsula and it was not a problem.

Atlas came to fix our broken water heater, and charged us a very fair and reasonable price (while others took advantage of our difficult situation and gave us exorbitant quotes). I appreciate their integrity.
Jose was knowledgable, efficient, friendly, courteous and had great follow through . He patiently answered all my questions and cleaned up well after the job.
Based upon this great experience , I will be calling Atlas for my future plumbing needs, and I will be asking for Jose specifically!

Last night water heater went out. Called Atlas straight away and got a real person who got me over to Luis. Estimate within an hour, very reasonable pricing. Replacement scheduled this morning, in and out in 2.5 hrs. Shiny new water heater. Hot water again! Luis and Marcos are rock stars!!! Will continue to give business to Atlas.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Got Atlas to swap out the entire sewage of an old house. The foreman and folks were super efficient, polite, and everything was so well done. Fair pricing on top of everything.

We had a pipe burst unexpectedly in our front yard this morning and needed an immediate response to help fix this. Using Yelp's AI, we were plugged into 5 different service options and Atlas responded in minutes. After a couple of messages, they were able to make it out to our place within the half hour. Nelson was able assess the problem, give a great price, and immediately start working on it. It looked like a tougher job than most since the previous owners of our house had stucco'd over the fixture. Within a couple hours the job was done and water was flowing back through our house.
I was very impressed with the response time, professionalism, and execution time. The next time we have a plumbing issue, Atlas will definitely be at the top of the list for who we are going to call.

Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using 3 different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.

Amazing customer service. Talk about perfect execution of intake, immediate scheduling, on time technician who was pleasant, experienced and genuinely helpful. Junior went above and beyond to find the leak issue, opening walls and even answered several calls after the visit to help me understand what he found while I was managing the repair remotely. The prices were reasonable and he was able to fix the leak same day.
I called, immediately my call was answered. They scheduled me with in the hour. Technician found the issue and sent an invoice and was done in a few hours. Price was well worth it. Highly recommend for their service and value

We have had our old water heater for over 20 years. After some thought, we decided to get a tankless water heater. Gomez Plumbing knocked it out in a couple of hours and now my water bill is so much less, I have more space in my garage and couldn’t be more relived. Thank you to the entire crew for all your hard work.

Responsive, capable, knowledgeable, kept to his estimate despite a hidden issue, hard worker - couldn't ask for a better experience.
