Ricardo came to my home within hours of contacting him to fix a leaking toilet. He replaced the wax ring, discovered that the main supply line was cracked, and took care of that as well. He even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes and recommended descaling since they’re cast iron from the 1960s. We went ahead with the descaling to help clear them out and prevent future issues and offered a two year warranty. He also reached out to a restoration service to come assess the water damage. I really appreciated his help, attentiveness, and the time he took to walk me through everything.

Javier and Ricardo did an amazing job! Our hot water line to the washing machine wasn’t working and they worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem even having to move a heavy washer/dryer from a small closet to access the lines. Ricardo even came back out the next day to check on when we noticed condensation from the machines and wanted to make sure there was no leak.

I really appreciate Discount Plumbing. Carlos came out to provide an estimate. He was on time, polite and took time to explain the pressure reduction valve replacement and took a few measurements for me. He made an adjustment to help in the meantime till we do the work.

Had a great experience with this company! Called them for a same day appointment after getting a notification about a slow leak. Ricardo came and was very efficient and explained his process clearly. We were able to identify the toilet leak(s) quickly and he repaired them same-day. He also offered great discounts based on the circumstance! A huge thank you to Danny and Ricardo! They were a great help with our plumbing issues. They came to help with a drainage issue with our washer and found what was causing the blockage. They showed and thoroughly explained to me what was causing our problem, and even helped rearrange the pipe to accommodate the drainage. They were both very professional and efficient. I would definitely request them for any plumbing issues. :)

This was a maintenance job, decided to do because i knew there were roots growing from a prior inspection. Ricardo & Miguel did a great job cutting the roots and hydro cleaning 60 feet of pipe. They gave me a good deal and provided video footage of before and after. Plus a 2 year warranty!

Replaced 100 year old sewer with clean-outs and replaced concrete paving all on the same day. Ricardo and his team were professional, followed all requested directions and completed the work with excellent workmanship. We have used this team for other work with the same level of care and results. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing related work you might need.
