Ryan is the best! He came over and fixed our leaking toilet in literal 3 mins 🤯 it took us 2 months to try to DIY but couldn’t figure it out. Truly amazing! Highly recommend!! 👍

Ricardo from Discount Plumbing was amazing! He arrived on time and was went right to work assessing my water heater. He quickly realized I needed a new one. He removed the old water heater, came back with a brand new one and installed it quickly. He advised me on how to flush the water heater to extend its lifetime. Excellent work! I highly recommend!

Ricardo did a great job on fixing an issue with our plumbing in our sink. He was awesome! He came and worked on the same day. He was very polite and his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Ricardo was a pleasure to work with. He went to great lengths to explore potential sources of the extreme jackhammer like vibrations coming from our pipes and successfully diagnosed a lack of tie downs in our crawl space for a length of pipe that was installed during a bathroom remodel. He was friendly, generously explained everything in an understandable way, and offered remedies to correct the issue. He also very kindly worked within my busy schedule accommodating a visit between meetings and a dental appointment I had scheduled for the afternoon. Thank you Ricardo! Carlos did a quick and skillful job evaluating and installing my disposal and toilet repairs in one day. I booked by phone, and the representative Carol was very kind and helpful. The process they use is very convenient- they email you a picture of your plumber so you know who is coming. Cost was reasonable for SF and since he went shopping for me. Seems they are #1 for a good reason!
