We were pleased with the service that we received from Atlas plumbing. The plumber that came to our location was courteous, quick, and even early, allowing us to use our second bathroom in our new home.

The plumber was very nice but not very knowledgeable about the dishwasher issue. Even though he couldn’t fix it he charged me the full price of $395 and referred me to an appliance repair website. The dishwasher wasn’t draining and all he did was check the hose at the top of the sink that Bosch doesn’t need. He didn’t look at the dishwasher. He didn’t know much about how it worked I had to tell him what i learned about the error messages on YouTube to get him to look at it reluctantly. He seemed more concerned about getting paid than the dishwasher. He was there for 15min. He announced he still had to charge me full price for coming out.

The appliance repair I found myself online was Giants Appliance and Pavlo was amazing they charge $125 to look at it and after figuring out what’s wrong (which he did very quickly) they apply that $125 towards the repair. He ordered the part and was back in 3 days and installed it. I’ve had Pavlo back for other repairs and it’s always been an easy fix, low fees and great service.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother, who owns this google account. My mom called Atlas for a dead water heater that PG&E diagnosed with a dead thermocouple. PG&E doesn't do repairs and advised that we look for a plumber. My mom's friend recommended Atlas. My mom called Atlas and they sent their repairman, Luis R, the same day. We provided the PG&E's report and he warned us that a thermocouple has 50/50 chance of working, but he said if it doesn't work we only pay half the price of the repair. We accepted and it worked. He said it looks good and Atlas offers a 30 day warranty. Luis R. was very professional and courteous. He and Atlas are very highly recommended.

Atlas provides a great quality and clean job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do complicated residential plumbing work that requires inspections. The guys got here early and finished a full upper and lower sewer line replacement in a timely manner. They called for their own inspections, finished the job well, and cleaned up to make the affected area look like new. I thought I would have to call a landscaper (as I would have to have done with my original plumbers) but I came back when they finished to find that it looked like they were never there! The crew is kind and communicative and easy to work with. Pricing is competitive and made sense. It seems like a big company but they treat their clients with attention and care. I would recommend these guys all day every day. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Save yourself a lot of money and headache and call Atlas first. After a local plumber off Yelp mangeled my shower stub out and walked off the job saying he can't fix it I got a recommendation to ask for Luis at Atlas Plumbing. Luis has a great attitude, is very intelligent, and a highly skilled plumber. Luis saved me thousands. Thanks Luis and thanks Atlas!

Great and prompt service! The company was able to accommodate our schedule and squeeze an appt within a few hours. Jose was very professional and fixed our issue quickly, checking and double checking that it was truly fixed. Would definitely use this company again!

The big shout out goes to Rodney and crew! It rained so hard and everyone work extremally well together. All my neighbors including myself were so impressed with how quick and clean the team worked. The workmen ship is above average. Rodney kept me informed in each stage of the project.

I have an aggregate driveway. To patch the driveway, he took the time to sort through the rocks to insure he was using the correct size. You can not hardly notice where the patch was.
It was a pleasure working with Atlas and they have my positive recommendation!

I called first thing Monday morning because my mother’s water heater was out. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The plumbers were able to quickly remove the old and install a new water heater. They even took the damaged one with them. Would definitely recommend atlas to others.

Had a bit of a sewer line backup yesterday and called another plumbing company that has helped in the past. The people they sent out could not explain how anything worked - it was just a non-stop hard sell for an expensive hydro-jetting.

Called Atlas this morning and Nick was at our door in less than an hour. He knew his stuff, explained what the possible causes could be, listened to us as we explained some plumbing history of the building, and was just an all around awesome person.

Turns out the blockage was on the city side (from the house trap to the main), so he explained how to evaluate that ourselves next time so that we can call the city instead.

Like I said, wonderful human being all around. Nobody loves having to have a plumber come out, but when you do, having Atlas come out is the best you can hope for.

We had two drains that needed to be unclogged, and a sink faucet fixture that needed to be replaced. The staff from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter were prompt , professional and polite. All of the issues were resolved quickly. We were pleased with the service we received from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter.

With the recent increases in natural gas prices, we calculated our gas water heater was costing close to $1000 a year to run. We’d read about the super efficiency of the new 120v hot water heat pumps and felt we could save a lot of money and help the planet a teanie tiny way by switching.

We got a bid from a different company that specializes in heat pumps and it was absurd. We’ve used Atlas for all of our major and minor plumbing projects over the last 12 years so decided to give them a call. Santos came over promptly, provided a fair estimate, scheduled the job, showed up and did what looks to us to be a first rate install.

This is the 6th job Atlas has done for us and they are reliable, honest, hardworking, tidy, and just pleasant. Highly recommended.

We recently had an issue at my restaurant where water was slowly draining. I called a few plumbers who were local to my area, Atlas plumbing was the only company who was able to get here within the hour. I spoke to the representative over the phone who clearly understood my problem and assured me they can get it fixed for me.

Nick was the technician who came out, he walked me through each step before he did the work and let me know the cost before I gave him the green light.

Nick suggested snaking the line plus a hydro jet to clear it out. The floor drain was back to normal within 30 minutes.
