Jeremy is a smart, professional, skilled, and friendly plumber! Jeremy fixed our clogged bathroom sink. Jeremy fixed our leaking bathroom sink drain pipe and replaced the oozing faucet. MONTHS AGO he fixed the worn out flapper in my toilet, diagnosing the make of the toilet and the missing part from a photo of the inside of the tank. Arrived with the right part and fixed quickly. TWO YEARS AGO he replaced our water heater. He's our go-to guy and it is a pleasure to see him.

Jeremy is our go-to plumber! Very responsive - I texted him about pipe leak at 930pm about our issue and he texted back at 11pm. We have used him three 3 times to diagnose and resolve 1) common pipe leakage between units (replaced the pipe), 2) bathtub clog when my son put a small toy down the train (used the snake) and 3) common pipe clog that led to overflow in our laundry room (used the snake). Prices are reasonable!

We had an issue with the plumbing and there was a minor flood when it started to rain, so we called Friendly Plumbing. He asked all the right questions during the phone call to understand what was going on and he gave us an idea of what could possibly be the issue. He quickly came over and guided us through the troubleshooting processes and informed us of the choices we had. His recommendation made the most sense. He's knowledgeable, experienced, honest, and efficient. Very reasonable prices too! We would recommend using Friendly Plumbing for emergencies, maintenance, and for planned upgrades as well.

I couldn't be prouder to write this review for my son Patrick, who recently tackled a plumbing challenge with impressive skill and creativity. Patrick has always been dedicated to finding efficient, cost-effective solutions for his clients, but this time he truly outdid himself.

We've had an ongoing issue with delayed hot water at all the fixtures in the house we moved into in 2006.
