We had solar water heaters removed and we needed all of the pipe work running to our water heater removed as well. Great work, reasonable price, and they got it done quickly.

Chris was fast, courteous and professional. He problem solved by clog and came up the with most cost-effective solution. I was back up and running smoothly in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Works Plumbing and their service technician, Chris!

Mario was fantastic! He showed up promptly, explained everything that was wrong, and offered several solutions to choose from. We just had a baby and he was very considerate of our time and ensuring the job was done quickly. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Called a plumber out to help me figure out where the leak was. Turns out two of the toilets were running when I was out of town. The techs solution was to replace the parts 2k or replace the toilets 4K and was pushing me to replace the toilets because who knows other parts might fail and I’ll have to replace the toilet in a month anyways. The 4 k price includes 2 toilets plus install and takeaway. I asked them how many hours this would take and what’s their hourly charge and material costs. And his response was we charge by job. I told them to email me the estimate which they never did. And when he left I went on Home Depot’s website and they charge 20 dollars for the parts to replace, 100-300 dollars for the toilet and Home Depot will install each toilet for 315 each. So even if I did go the route of two new toilets plus install and take away that’s still $1200. 4K for that same job is highway robbery. And I get it plumbers will often charge 4x more for an emergency call but this wasn’t an emergency call issue since I already had called the water department to turn off the water and had the water turned off at the main. And when I found out it was those two toilets I had turned off the water to those bathrooms. So there was no emergency and they weren’t offering to do it same day to fix my problem.

These people are either crooks or the tech gets paid hourly and was just killing time giving me an outrageous number while sitting in his van pretending to write up an estimate he never sent me. Because he had me wait a good 20 minuets before his estimate was “ready” to talk about.

Christian V., the Works Plumbing technician, offered probably the best experience I've had with a plumber and one of the best I've had with any contractor. Super smart, efficient, friendly, tidy and, most importantly, delivered the job and explained every detail along the way. Works Plumbing were highly responsive and communicated well throughout. Called Works Plumbing at 9am, had nice conversation and made appointment for same morning. Text confirmation received immediately with name of technician (Eduardo) and his picture . He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and offered 2 logical options. Started working right away, very efficiently. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. Finished within my time schedule (I had an appointment in the early afternoon). I'm very pleased with Eduardo and Works Plumbing.

We called Works plumbing to help us install a Flo water detector and they quickly sent someone our way(on the same day). Dominic R was on time and very professional. Attempting to find a good plumber when you need one is challenging. I had some copper piper joints that had small leaks (after 30 years of being soldered). I had been putting it off for awhile as they weren’t big leaks, yet
Finally decided I needed to act, but didn’t know where to go. Came across Works Plumbing by Googling “best plumbers near me”. Works responded right away to my inquiry & scheduled a technician to come out the next day.
Mike S showed up promptly when promised (an email was sent with his picture saying he was on his way) and was able to give me a great explanation of what would be best for the house, how long it would take and the cost of repair
In my case he recommended that I go with the new crimping technique vs solder. I had seen other references on the web about this & agreed it was best course of action. Mike had to run to purchase the items needed & came back and did the install

I already left a review. Ok again, we are very satisfied. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet. I called and got an appointment the same day. We'll I needed a new faucet. Edwardo replaced it and everything came out great. We were very happy. I was going to put a swivel sprayer on, I tried 3of them and could not get one to fit. I called again and Edwardo came the next morning and put it on in a second! I couldn't believe it. Anyway I will always call Works. Thanks again.

Rick and Omar have been truly diligent in scheduling the walk-through appointment to understand the pipe problem in my condo closet, and follow ups about starting the work to be done. I truly appreciate the attentiveness, thank you.

They replaced my wall on demand water heater. Fast efficient and courteous. Fixed a few things the plumbers from the first install seven years ago missed. They have a great maintenance plan too. They just came out again to do come other unrelated fixes and were efficient and fast.

Replaced leaking water heater. Crew were nice and did a great job. Ryan was courteous and provided options for me to choose from.

We had a plumbing emergency after 5 p.m. and within half-an-hour Works had plumber at our home, who fixed the problem completely, was totally professional, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

They arrived promptly as scheduled. Plumber was knowledgeable and efficient at providing service. And they gave a reasonable price so I can get my sink back to functioning the same day.

I had a very disappointing experience of work plumbing. They quoted me well over $1000 to replace my garbage disposal which only cost $290 even with the labor. The cost shouldn’t come close to that. They went into unnecessary detail about my pipes being slightly crooked, and tried to convince me that they needed replacement too, it felt like they were trying to manipulate me into spending way more more than necessary. I wouldn’t recommend them for honest or fair pricing. I honestly do not fault the plumbers who came. They seem like very nice people who were trained into manipulating people who they feel don’t know what they’re talking about.

Travis and Ray came out today and were professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how and why the repairs were needed.

Marlon and team came out to do an emergency sink and toilet removal due to installing new flooring. Super fast service and they installed a new sink and toilet with excellent quality and attention to detail. Will have them replace my tub and shower next time!

Needed a replacement for my backyard valve. Dominic showed up on time, had the pieces pre-fitted and assembled and replaced the valve fast and efficiently. Excellent from start to finish. Will most definitely use Works Plumbing again
