The shower kept switching between hot and cold water randomly. After checking the setup, the technician discovered the mixing valve had mineral buildup. He cleaned it thoroughly and everything became stable again. I appreciated how politely he explained the cause.

I needed to replace my hot water heater and decided to go with a tankless. Fivestar sent over Saul who spent about a day and a half installing two tankless water heaters. They ran new copper pipes and new gas lines to the new tankless units. The new units are awesome! They showed up on time, did good, clean looking work, and everything is better than it was before now.

I especially love that my teenager can shower, and I still have hot water afterwards!

Jesus is excellent, he can do jobs big and small in a timely manner and good cost. He did all the plumbing for a remodel of our house and came in a pinch when our old water heater went out. Definitely recommend!

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.

I can’t recommend Johnny enough. I had leaks at both my sink and toilet due to badly corroded galvanized steel nipples, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced them with copper ones. He also installed a whole-house water pressure regulator to fix my high PSI issue, which I didn’t even realize was causing long-term stress on my system.

What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the local plumbing setup (which saved me a lot of time and confusion), communicates clearly every step of the way, and has over 15 years of experience. It really shows in the quality of his work.

Just an all-around great plumber and great person. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.
