Good all-around privately owned plumbing supply! All are most of the staff are well-educated on all their products, perfect for homeowners and contractors. Super convenient that they're open on Saturdays. Doesn't seem like they over mark up their products like the other chain stores. Definitely only for plumbing they do not sell anything else other than Plumbing.

Incredible service. I had an issue with my digital shower getting hot and called WB to get their perspective on the issue. They took the time to understand my situation, looked up the model numbers, and walked me through their assessment. Honestly they were much more helpful than the many plumbers I had come to the home to assess my situation. Much appreciation!

As a plumber in the area, WB has been our go-to spot for years. Everyone there is kind and helpful. Prices are more than fair compared to larger supply shops like WHCI and Cal-Steam/Ferguson. Highly recommend.

This is easily the best plumbing store in the city. The staff are awesome and also so knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. An actual honest, on time, fair priced plumber in Bend. Jason Faherty answered my call right away, showed up on time, did a quick and thorough job while explaining exactly what was being done. His pricing was very fair. He is very kind and personable as well. Would highly recommend and will use again!

I had a pipe spring a leak on a Saturday morning, and not only did someone answer the phone, they sent someone over within the hour! He was friendly, and super professional. Highly recommended!

There was a drain line stoppage causing my kitchen sink to back up, so bad that if not cleared it would have flooded my kitchen wooden floors and cabinets. Brandon cleared the stoppage in a professional manner. Extremely neat and careful as well as knowledgeable.

Exceptional plumbing services. We hard a variety of plumbing issues - from simple to quite complex. Travis was professional and efficient - clearly cared about his work and wanted us to understand what he was doing and why. He looked for ways to save us money. I highly recommend Larratt Brothers!

He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.”
The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN.

Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free???
I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak.

We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. The rest is your opinion and by definition is not fact.

Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you. I had the job done by another plumber. Richard

Aaron with Larratt Bros Plumbing was great to work with. I would definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs. He was super communicative when he helped to fix a tub back up. Plus, he’s local to Half Moon Bay!

We had a plumbing emergency with our shower on a Sunday morning, the worst time to reach a plumber! After making several futile calls, I called Larrett and left a message at their emergency number, as directed by their voicemail. To my surprise, I soon received a text message from Aaron, offering to come over! After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem and coached me on the tools and products I needed, if I ever want to DIY a similar issue in the future. Thank you, Aaron!
