We used Larratt Brothers for the first time several months ago and were very happy with their quick response time and excellent service. We called again today for another urgent issue and were equally impressed that they rushed to our house on a Saturday and quickly resolved our problem. THANK YOU LARRATT BROTHERS!

What an amazing company. So very responsive, attentive & going above and beyond what is asked/needed. Arturo who can out to do the work was so personable & took the time to explain what needed to be done & then identified a secondary problem that he immediately addressed. Definitely a company I will rely on for all my future plumbing needs.

Of course, the hot water heater decided to leak all over the garage floor on a Friday night about 7pm! Emergency plumbing services were hard to find so I was lucky I had seen Larrat brothers plumbing trucks driving around my neighborhood and decided to look them up. Sure enough - emergency services offered!! What a gift. My call was promptly answered, they asked a few questions to see if solutions over the phone could fix the problem but, sadly, we needed a replacement. When I sent pictures we came up with a plan and Saturday morning within an hour we had hot water again!!! Larratt was prompt, professional, did great work and even followed up later in the day to be sure everything was working correctly! I am so happy to have found Larratt and will be using them for all my future (hopefully not too many emergent) plumbing needs!

Larratt Brothers Plumbing helped us with a plumbing emergency right before Christmas. They were able to get everything done and even responded after hours to ensure we’d have working plumbing for the holidays. Their technicians are great, professional, and really nice guys. A local gem.

Aaron (the owner) was very prompt about getting plumbers out to repipe my house when I had no water pressure due to galvanized pipes. All of his plumbers (Brandon, Brian and Alturo) were WONDERFUL! THEY WERE EFFICIENT, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I'm a disabled Senior, and they could not have been more accommodating to my needs. The price was more than fair. They even were able to avoid retiling in the bathrooms! The job looks beautiful! I couldn't recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing more highly, and will tell all my friends how happy I was with them!

We were in need of a toilet repair. Having used Larratt a few years ago to replace our water heater, we gave them a call. Aaron from Larratt came to our home promptly when he said he would be there and within 15 minutes had fixed our toilet. He was super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Larratt Brothers.

These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!

On Saturday, December 23, around 1:30pm, (note the date and time) I called Larratt Brothers Plumbing because our water heater stopped working. We are hosting Christmas Dinner this year and it would have been very different without hot water.
Aaron answered the call, came out to our house and installed a new water heater before 5pm.
We have used Larratt Bros. before and have been happy but they are now at the top of our list!

Have been using Larratt Brothers since 2017 and cannot say enough positive things about the company and their employees. Recently had bathroom faucets replaced which I purchased at Home Depot.After installation, one faucet kept leaking. Larratt Brothers went out of their way to get to the root of the problem and diagnosed a defective faucet. Aaron and Aaron B. were excellent. Highly recommend Larratt for all of my plumbing issues.

Holy smokes, talk about lifesavers! I had some serious plumbing issues and was worried about how I was going to handle any of it. Aaron was able to squeeze me in quickly and diagnosed and fixed everything before I could even complete my freakout. He explained everything and helped me see where the problem stemmed from as well as what options I had. There was no mansplaining and no pushiness and I felt super comfortable and confident from start to finish. Totally recommend 10/10!!

Larratt Brothers rescued a job that several other companies were unable to fix. They troubleshot and tried to find the best, fastest and cheapest solution for me that got our shower back and working. I really appreciate how supportive and communicative they were throughout the process, and will definitely use them again!

Jonah and Aaron got me set up with a gently used electric water heater at very low cost after my old one sprung a leak. Although there was also some minor electrical work that had to be done to connect it to power, Jonah did that without charging beyond the original estimate. Bonus points for honest assessments of additional upgrade options I was considering. Class.

Once again the good folks at Larratt Brothers Plumbing exceeded my expectations - this time to address a faulty water heater they had installed 13 months ago when my old unit ruptured.

Aaron walked me through a quick telephone diagnostic, and when we concluded the ignition was defective he told me he’d send one of his plumbers out first thing the next morning.

Brian arrived at 7 am sharp the next day and could not have been more pleasant or professional. As the manufacturer - American Standard - was refusing to honor the warranty because the unit was more than 12 months old, Larratt took the high road and chose to replace the unit with a brand new (and better) unit from another manufacturer - at no cost to us!

Brian was in and out in about an hour, and apart from the new tank he’d installed there wasn’t a sign he’d been there. It was a delightful experience all around.

Needless to say, I’d recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing enthusiastically and without reservation for plumbing service - particularly water heaters!

We had a hot water heater fail at the worst time, and Larratt Brothers were able to swing by on zero notice, bring spare parts, and do a temporary repair to get us hot water so that we could take our time to figure out what system we wanted to put in place to replace our older failing system.

They were courteous, professional, and excellent to work with.

Larratt Brothers Plumbing was great. On Sat morning, water heater broke. Reached out to Larratt and Aaron called me back within 20ish minutes from my voicemail. He was professional, responsive, gave me options on what we could do and how quickly they could get the water heater replaced. Pricing was fair and reasonable for all options. In the end, went with a tankless heater for which they could make happen on Monday. On Monday, spoke with Alex who let me know that the tech was sick, but they worked extra hard to find someone new, and get them to my house on Monday afternoon. That was really awesome of them. Their team worked very hard until the later hours to get the old one removed and the new one installed. They were nothing but professional, courteous, and really just nice guys who worked really hard most of the night into the late hours to finish. There were issues with my house and system set up which they also helped fix on the spot. Cannot recommend them enough. Side note, Aaron could even have gotten me a new gas one on same day on Sat, so they even do same work (i just chose to upgrade to tankless instead). if you have water heater issues, they are the ones to call.

Another great service visit. They came out within a day of me texting asking for help, repaired our leaky pump and documented the visit with a clear description of services and pictures of the repair. Highly recommended!!

We needed a 100 gallon water heater replaced at my condo in Menlo Park, and it had been trapped behind pool filter equipment installed without this in mind by our pool company. Aaron and his team tackled and completed the complex job with expertise and proactive solutions that I found most impressive, and cleaned up after the work so well you couldn't even tell it had been done. Highly recommended.
