Larratt Brothers Plumbing installed Heat Pump Water Heater on 10/18/2023. A week later I tried to change the temperature on my google nest because of cold weather lately and I found out that there was no light on my google nest. I called Aaron and he responded my call right away and fixed it. Aaron (the owner) is very knowledgeable, efficient, polite and professional. I will recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing to all my friends and will tell all my friends how happy I was with them!

These guys were awesome. We had the misfortune of having our water heater burn out on us late Friday evening before Labor Day weekend. I made a few calls Saturday morning expecting to leave voicemails for service on Tuesday. Larratt Brothers not only picked up, they were at the house within 20 minutes to assess the unit and see if they could get it working. The unit had to be replaced and they were able to order and install on the same day. … The unit they installed ended up having a faulty valve that was leaking gas. They came back immediately to inspect. They had to wait until Tuesday to file the warranty claim and get the replacement valve from the manufacturer and they worked late in the evening to replace it. The unit is working great now. The faulty valve was not their fault but they took ownership of the problem without question and made it right. They even gave us a generous refund for the trouble. I would highly recommend these guys for best in class service. Very professional and trustworthy. Thanks again

If I could put 0 star, I would.
We installed 2 water heaters with Larratt in different houses and they both failed within the first 2 to 3 years of service. I am sure they will claim that they are not responsible for the quality of water heaters BUT I will remind them that they choose those brands and at the very least, they should have proposed to come for free to provide an estimate on the repair.

Instead they washed their hands off, and wanted money for estimate. If you think you are a good customer, you are not, its just business, the worse kind of.

We have had a chance to use Larratt Brothers Plumbing services twice (two totally unrelated jobs) over the last couple of months. We could not be happier with their services and professionalism. In a service industry where people don’t call you back, or even show up for their scheduled appointments, they are a rare breed. They will call you back; they will show up on time; do a professional job at reasonable price; clean up; and make sure to walk you through what they did. I hope you never need plumbing services, but if you do, if you don’t reach out to them, you’re missing out.

Working with LBP has been smooth. Andrew and Chris are punctual, courteous, clean, friendly and exhibited professionalism. I say with confidence that Andrew and Chris are the best professionals I have worked with and highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Over the weekend, my hot water heater ceased working and started overflowing hot water improperly due to its incorrect installation. Your team was able to send out a plumber almost immediately to rectify the immediate situation. By early Monday I had a new hot water heater installed correctly. Just wanted to mention all your personnel were pleasant, courteous, and took the time to explain some necessary functioning of the heater that I suppose I ought to have known in the first place. Very knowledgeable and helpful and responds promptly. We had very good experience installing our water heater and boiler. Easy to contact and just recently, helped us troubleshoot our plumbing issue when our contractor couldn’t figure out what was going on. Went above and beyond to help find setup instructions and fixes for our system.

We called Larratt Brothers on Memorial Day as our gas water heater was failing and our current plumbers quoted a price to fix it that was almost 50% of the cost of a new one. We were surprised that our call was immediately answered and then followed up with an efficient set of questions that got us to a quote for a new electric water heater within an hour - other firms require a service call and further delay whereas Larratt has built an app to handle everything.

We approved the quote immediately and Andrew at Larratt went to work trying to see if he could find us what we needed so we could install our heater the next day. Because it was memorial day and everything was closed, he was ultimately unsuccessful but kept us updated along the way.

As promised, the Larratt team came on Wednesday at 8 am the next day and finished on time despite a few wrinkles that didn't appear in the photos that we had sent into them during the quote process. Andrew was clear in all his communications and they cleaned up the site well.

I would have zero hesitation is working with them again and urge others to do the same.

I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Quick response, very trustworthy, and able to the job on a Sunday when others needed to schedule the work later in the week. We couldn’t wait for later in the week. We had major blockage in our sewer main line and could not use any facilities in our home. They saved the day and now things are flowing smoothly.

You know they are a winner when the owner comes out to review the work and takes time to connect with the homeowner.
