Great service from start to finish. The tech that came was extremely professional and down to earth. Felt like we were in good hands. Also a big thing for us was we felt we could trust him. He unclogged our drain using an auger and did a free camera inspection to make sure that there were no issues further down the pipe, which there weren’t thankfully! Thank you guys!

This is a great company, with honest, qualified experts. At our home, we had a blocked sewer main pipe that had been damaged by another plumber who had snaked the system. Drain Buster's came out despite the fact that it was Christmas Eve, promptly diagnosed the cause of the problem, and fixed the issue on time and on budget. It was a complex repair, requiring underground pipe to street and all was done professionally, including high quality cement work. Two years later, it is still working well, and I'm asking them to come back for another project related to a remodel. Dependable, courteous, professional and deliver excellent service. What more can I say?

Quick, fantastic service from Drain Busters Plumbing. I called asking if they could help with a sewer backup, and within two hours it was fixed. They came within an hour, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, didn't overcharge us and even gave some general advice on other plumbing work I was attempting to do myself. They even gave a warranty on their work. I now have a go to plumber to recommend if anyone asks. I'll be calling them back for some less emergency oriented plumbing work soon.

Drain Busters has been the plumber for the building I manage for more than 15 years. I have never had an issue with the work they do. I manage a 229 unit building in the Bay Area and all our plumbing repairs are handled by this company. Ray and his guys are hard working people. Drain Busters keep the good work!!

Ray was responsive and easy to deal with. His team replaced one of our toilets quickly when we found out that it couldn't be repaired. Then our garbage disposal started leaking and he replaced that quickly too. He quoted me a price over the phone and didn't try to upsell or change anything later. Highly recommend!

I called in the morning and talked to Ray Khano and made an appointment to checkout my water heater. He and his helper showed up on time. They both wore masks and maintained a safe distance. Ray checked out the water heater and recommended that my 9 year old water heater needed replacement. He replaced the water heater that day even though he had to work late. The price was reasonable and he was friendly and professional. I’m very happy with this experience and I recommend his company without any reservation.
