Faren is on time and professional. He and his helper replaced our broken hosebib and piping with copper and brass fittings, and cleaned everything up before they left. To be fair, they have been coming to our house for nine years, so I have come to expect this kind of service! Thanks Faren!

Carlos did a great job installing an automatic hot water tank and filter. He even helped me fix the soap dispenser!

My experience working with Faren and his team at DiscoverPlumbing has been excellent! They have helped us with big and small jobs, including replacing an entire 80-90' sewer lateral, which took an entire week. Not only did they do a highly professional job, it was completed on time, affordable (very much so compared to our other bids!) and with excellent communication from Faren throughout the project. AND the cleanup afterwards was excellent too, you would not have thought that such a big project had just been worked on across our driveway when they were done! I highly recommend Faren and Discover Plumbing.

We were experiencing some issues with our wall heater and technician Carlos arrived promptly and addressed the issue, even taking the time to explain to me what was occurring with the heater. He also checked the smoke detectors in our apartment and discovered they had expired, so Carlos went out his way to replace all of them. He was friendly, professional and didn't even mind our cat hanging out and trying "to help." Thank you Carlos and thank you Discover Plumbing and Rooter Inc.! Would highly recommend this company.

I have used Discovery Plumbing & Rooter several times and have been very happy with the service. The first job was very complex: The installation of new pump under the house and proper drainage to the street. The most recent job was to repair pump in the tankless water heater. Faren himself took charge of the project as it was an emergency situation.

His technician came over to do the work. Carlos was very efficient, courteous and professional. The hot water was restored immediately. I highly recommend Discovery Plumbing & Rooter and wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any emergency.

I was pleasantly surprised with the response time of Discover Plumbing & Rooter. They called me promptly upon initial request and scheduled the service to take place the very next day. They provided a window of time for the plumber to arrive, and the plumber texted he was on-site exactly at the start of the set time window. The plumber was friendly and considerate…he put blue booties on before entering my place so as not to track any dirt inside. He completed the job efficiently and even offered to show me photos and explain exactly what work he completed. The plumber left my place in pristine condition. I highly recommend this plumbing contractor. They do excellent work and for a good value.

They did work installing a new water pipeline for my neighbors. Though I never used their services, I will definitely keep them in mind for my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend their services to family and friends. Just observing the work they did for my neighbors, I can tell this company will do a thorough and exceptional job. My encounters with all of the workers during their contract with my neighbor have been very friendly, polite and professional which have prompted me to give them this recognition and positive review 😊 I had the most interactions with Faren and he is a very pleasant person.

Additionally, another positive thing to note is that the workers all seem very happy to work there because I’ve heard them sing and laugh with each other while working which is so heartwarming!

The plumber technician arrived on time. We discussed my issues of slow draining/ stopped-up sinks, tubs and the sewer main backing up. Nick went to work clearing the sewer main, snaked and flushed out the kitchen drain pipe of cogealed cooking grease. Nick finished by jet washing the work area clean. He worked alone.

Repair required cutting and replacing a leaking 4 in. cast-iron drain line located in the ceiling of my business. A difficult task but handled well by the technician. Took quite awhile to fix but solved the problem.

Carlos, the installation technician, came by yesterday morning and did an excellent job installing my new water heater. We re-agreed on the details working within my budget, and he was able to start the installation within the next hour. I had requested a specific brand and model, and he was able to get exactly what I wanted.
Carlos was patient, professional, and thorough-he explained everything that needed to be done for the replacement. He also offered to add shut-off valves at no additional cost, which I really appreciated.
