Working on addition to my home in Daly City required a pre-inspection of my sewer lateral to find out if any work will be required. Turns out during inspection some issue was found and documented. From the time of contacting Faren from Discover Plumbing and Rooter to the inspection has been nothing but what you would expect from a professional. His reliability and immediate response was great. Sorry for the dissenting view. My p-trap was busted and I needed a quick replacement. A guy showed up an hour late and didn’t seem to know what to do (he started sending pictures to his boss) and spoke hardly any English (he called his boss to talk to me). Maybe this was just a new employee but I had no confidence and called someone else.

Very professional, courteous about keeping the area clean during and after the procedure, and did an excellent job at unclogging our sink. It’s as good as new now! Super appreciate them coming by and fixing this for us.

They came in under an hour and worked for 2 hours in the rain. They were able to unclog our drain that was overflowing into our basement. This was a bit scary due to the fact we just built an ADU downstairs. Very kind, polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

They were wonderful. Carlos diagnosed and fixed the issue (a leaking valve under our sink that created a mini flood)) - then corrected an additional issue we were having that wasn’t even the purpose of the visit.

My water heater suddenly stopped working. They sent Jose out within two hours. The work was completed quickly and Jose was kind and knowledgeable. Price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. I’m super happy with the service!

Faren was very nice and professional. He arrived at our place on time and ran a camera under our main sewage pipe. During the time, he explained to me the situation that he has found and proposed solutions that could fix it.

I needed a new water heater on black Friday! Called Discover Plumbing and they were there within an hour, gave me a great quote that beat 2 other plumbers so I said yes!
They had the old one out and the new one up and running within about 3 hours.
Very professional and the location of the unit was left very clean.
