And that is exactly how it was. We knew San Jose was going to take a long time with the permits so because we expected it, we were not stressed. Anna, the project manager, was extremely organized. She made a timeline for us on Google Sheets, and every Friday she would color code it. Green meant we were on schedule, yellow meant there is a possible delay, and red meant someone needed to do something because there was a stop. We never had to ask her for updates. When the entire country ran out of windows, she put a yellow line on our sheet and a note weeks before the window install was supposed to happen. The note explained the window situation and the new expected install date she had given us. We really appreciated how honest they were. I like that we were informed at every stage of the process.
