My house was built in 1987 and i think that was the first and last time it went through any kind of remodeling or renovation , this was my parents house and I'm living here now with my husband, the style was old and we had a severe water damage due to old pipes.
At the beginning I didn't feel comfortable of doing any major changes to honor my parents, We interviewed 6 contractors and Nathan with SkyTech Builders was the only one that was able to provide us a quote that will not only fulfill our budget limits but will also make our house look new, styled and updated.
On our 2nd meeting he came with his designer and they were able to come up with creative ideas about the new design at my master bathroom and kitchen.
I am 100% satisfied with the final result.
He was just the right team player we needed to have our new house feel like true home, i was able to reserve my parents memory house and also get a new beautiful home.

Kitchen remodeling

I called Skytech Builders few weeks ago to see how much it will cost me to redo my Kitchen, at first I was just thinking to change the cabinets and counter tops, but after a long back and forth with their in home designer i decided to go with a complete new kitchen layout.
Their service was above my expectation , Leo &Jonathan were very professional they have many similar projects in their well impressive resume , when we met for the 2nd meeting their designer joined our meeting and she gave me so much information that I wasnt aware at the beginning.
Things were moving very fast from the moment I got all the permits.
They were on the timeline,no delays ,it was a true joy working with these guys.

We recently bought the house for investment purposes, we loved the deep potential it had, and the fact we can gain an additional income for the detached ADU we had.

I called Sky Tech Builders and spoke with Jonathan & Leo, I explained that we are not living at the house and I need to make sure that they will supervise the project from start to finish.

After 2 zoom meetings, it was more than enough to make the call and hire them to do my remodeling.

We can speak highly of their level of performance, and the endless information they have as far as construction rules and regulations.

No matter the challenge we were dealing with along the way, Jonathan & Leo always had the right, quick, and money-efficient solution.

This review is coming deeply from my heart, I met Skytech Builders at one of my customer's project at Milpitas, they were doing a complete remodel, bathroom, kitchen, addition, and new framing, I did the flooring installation and luckily I saved their numbers, my family needed to rebuild and renew the kitchen area and bathroom.
They have super skills and knowledge, they brought their designer to the 1st meeting and she gave my family so many ideas and was able to show us how it will look at the end of the process, the result was 100% similar to the 3D we saw before construction start .

Leo and his team at Sky Tech Builders did an excellent job on our office remodel. They handled demolition, new walls, flooring, electrical, and plumbing — even bringing in an expert plumber to solve an unexpected issue. The crew worked on short notice, including during a holiday, and managed the project smoothly while our office was still running.

We spoke with nearly 15–20 contractors before starting, and Leo provided the most reasonable pricing while delivering outstanding quality and professionalism. Both his backend staff and construction team were responsive, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely call Sky Tech Builders again in the future!

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation and master bathroom with Leo from Skytech and we couldn't be happier with the results and the process . From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Leo was our primary point of contact, and their communication was flawless. Always available to any question and always return our calls and knew what to recommend us in order to get the look we were aiming for . They provided a detailed schedule, addressed our questions promptly, and ensured we were informed of every milestone.His team was lovely and responsive and most importantly very patient.

We had our Kitchen redone last year and had a great experience. Full transparency, we encountered typical delays and issues that come with any big kitchen renovation, and we lived in our house while construction was being done. There were frustrations. But in the end we got the kitchen we wanted. And it was well worth it. The team had great communication and worked around holidays and scheduling conflicts well. They were proactive about getting inspections and problem solving. The whole team is very kind and reasonable. Most important, we were able to, for the most part, stay on budget, which was a big deal for us. Appreciate all the hard work. Our family is enjoying the new space!

Leo and his team looked at what we required to update our bathtub and shower into a stand-up shower. The price he gave us was the best quote we received of the three companies that quoted the job and after seeing photos of other projects he completed, we gave him the job. His team worked quickly to demolish our existing shower and bathtub. The material he used for the shower walls is very nice and was installed quickly. Once the shower doors were installed and the job completed, we were amazed at how beautiful our bathroom looked. Big shout out to Lemond Remodeling, these guys def came through with some seriously professionalism and execution. My aunt has a townhouse in San Jose, CA, and being in Florida, we had to make a solid decision on who to hire remotely. Lemon Remodeling came highly recommended from a trusted source, so we scheduled for an estimate. Project manager Eli was amazing. They utilize a project integration software that allowed us to remotely track progress, process payment schedules and approve design plans and alterations. The processed was so seamless that we couldn't be happier and more confident to hire again.

We are extremely pleased with the fantastic job Alex, and his team did in painting the exterior walls of our house. They were very professional and very detailed. Excellent communicator and they take pride in the work they do. Alex was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to all.

I was having problems with my shower and asked around the local nursery moms for a plumber. Someone recommended the company Lemon Remodeling and Services. Several days after meeting with Assaf, one of their project managers, without feeling any sense of pressure, we had come together to redesign the whole bathroom. I still love it today! I have two young boys and so I didn’t have the time to fuss and look at design magazines or shop around for suppliers: all I knew was that I wanted something modern with clean lines that was functional and would still work within the designs of our period house. He had gained my trust so I gave him the go ahead to source the best quality products at the best prices. I saw he has experience so I didn’t question his judgment, suppliers or prices even once. All the sub-contractors he used for things such as plumbing and flooring were a delight, and I still use them to this day. Assaf himself was charming, trustworthy, talented and very creative. He was extremely conscientious, and left no stone unturned. He had super ideas and was very au fait with all the modern changes in the bathroom design industry. The bathroom continues to function efficiently since Assaf put it in place, and looks beautiful.

We contacted Lemon Remodeling for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by Yonatan, our project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. Yonatan helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. In the summer of 2018, I had Lemon Remodeling upgrade 2 of my one bedroom apartments which where somewhat outdated. After speaking with Asaf, the owner, I had him go ahead with the project. From older rugs and linoleum flooring to updated modern hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, full bathroom and full kitchen remodel, it looks AMAZING!

Then, a few month later, I spoke with Asaf about a project I needed done, which would include: removing and replacing balconies, downstairs ceilings, and upstairs floors to bring the building up to 2018 code. Asaf took charge of the project, found a structural engineer, which the city asked for, and coordinated with San Jose inspectors to confirm the work in progress.

To this point, I’m very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Lemon Remodeling and crew.

I had wanted to add a shower to my guest bathroom, but just hadn't gotten around to it. I called Lemon Remodeling, and they made the renovation so easy! They took care of choosing matching tiles, the shower head and waterproofed, re-tiled and installed the shower in just a few days. I now have a gorgeous bathroom that I am so happy with. We want to do some additional minor renovations, and I certainly plan to call Lemon Remodeling to do it for me.

My mother came to visit me in LA, and her birthday was about to arrive. My siblings and I planned a surprise for her. We decided a renovation for her bathroom but could not find any contractor who could do the job within 14 days. My brother's neighbor suggested us Lemon Remodeling and Services, and yes they did the job within 14 days with perfection. When she went back home, we cannot forget the expressions on her face. It is the greatest birthday gift that we have given to her.
