I don’t write reviews for anyone, but I’ve had such great experiences with the team at Baja Construction that I’m happy to recommend their services. Raul, the owner is the best. I’ve remodeled 3 homes, top to bottom with Baja, all beautifully done.

These guys are the best in the business. They are honest, hard working contractors that work with a high level of integrity. We've used them to basically build our entire house (kitchen, all the bathrooms, flooring, cabinetry, floors, landscaping). We liked their work so much that we've used them on several projects since then and we've also recommended them to our neighbors and friends who have complimented our house. I especially appreciate their transparency and they give their honest opinion on your requests given their vast experience. I always felt like they had our best interests in mind and that they took pride in their work. I continue to work with them on various home construction projects from simple remodels to ADUs.

Raul and his team do high quality work for a reasonable price. He completed two projects for me - one structural and one lighting related - and each time he provided a bid and delivered the project on budget. Once his team frees up to begin work they focus on your project and complete it in a timely manner. I would definitely use Baja again.

I’ve used Baja Construction for two projects and I couldn’t be happier. Raul and his crew are conscientious, insightful and accommodating. Raul, as the general was on the job site almost every day, which I very much appreciate. Their work is top notch and I’m pretty picky. The couple of times I didn’t 100% like how something turned out they were happy to change. I am looking forward to our next project with Baja. I’ve used so many contractors and I’m so happy to have found the one I will be using over and over.

We worked with Baja Construction on a small home remodel project of our master bathroom and some cosmetic changes to several other rooms. We were very happy with the quality and timeliness of their work. Raul and his team were great to work with and did a fantastic job! We would definitely recommend them and work with them again!

We were extremely pleased with the service. It was prompt, responsive, comprehensive, very reasonably priced and done to our satisfaction. In fact, they did more than expected but did not charge for this additional diagnosis and repair, so we can say that they are completely honest. Our main ontact was Miguel, and while he was here working his magic, his workers also were courteous, skillful and exceptional in their work ethic. We recommend them most highly.

They came to our home, to inspect our pool for leaks. Found one! So far, so good. Very professional, documentation is excellent, on time and courteous.

They correctly diagnosed my pool leak and promptly repaired it for a reasonable price.

Miguel was pretty nice, but his workers left cement pieces in that blocked our pipe and the pump did not work . We had to look for what was causing the blockage and we found these cement pieces shown in the photo.

Prompt and efficient. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They left a pump to finish draining the pool. They returned and fixed the problem. Highly recommend Miguel and his crew!!

After 5 calls, a missed appointment etc. we gave up. Maybe if he doesn't have any business he will understand what customer service is. Go to Scuba Pool Repair in Campbell. They have staff, return calls and do excellent work. If someone like Blue Splash doesn't call you back to get business how do you think they are going to treat you when you have a problem?

Excellent pros. On time, identified the pool leak and patched with epoxy. Hope it holds...

Update: unfortunately the detection was a red herring. bucket test shows the leak continues unchanged. :( :(

I’m really happy with the work Blue Splash did. Our pool had a large crack - 6 ft and past the skimmer - and they came out to do a thorough leak test then quoted us for repairs. The quote was competitive and once they started, the work was completed quickly. I’m amazed at how good it looks, especially considering how much they had to remove. They are clearly busy as we needed to wait several weeks for the work to start but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend them.

My overall experience with Blue Splash Pool Service has been outstanding. In early 2022 I needed a complete pool remodel including replastering and pool equipment upgrade and relocation including new gas line and electrical. This pool system was originally installed at my home in Cupertino in the 1950’s or 60’s and had an in-ground pool filtering system that was inefficient, obsolete and very difficult to manage. Also, the old pool equipment was adjacent to the pool and very noisy.
I had a difficult time finding the best company that could or would do this project and solve my problem. I contacted several pool companies and had many bids. Finally (thank goodness) Miguel Lopez founder and owner of Blue Splash Pool and Service came to my home to provide me with an estimate for the entire job. Miguel is extremely experienced and knowledgable and provided me with a very competitive bid which I accepted.

The crew at Blue Splash Pool Service:
• Drained the pool
• Removed the old in- ground pool filter system
• Rerouted the entire old pool plumbing and electrical systems
• Moved the plumbing underground and under a deck and under a lawn to a better out-of-the-way location about 50 feet away
• Installed a new gas pipe (100’)
• Installed and rerouted a 220 volt electrical conduit (110’)
• Installed a concrete slab for pool equipment
• Installed a new PENTAIR Pool System including:
- 420 square foot cartridge filter & equipment
- 3 HP filter pump/motor
- Booster/pump/motor for the pool sweep
- 400,000 BTU heater
- Automatic chlorinator system that converts saltwater into chlorine
- Wireless WiFi electronic control system that I can now control from my cell phone

• Removed old pool plaster down to gunite
• Replasterd 16’x32’ kidney shaped pool, installed a new skimmer, added additional water outlets, installed new color LED pool light and rerouted pool light electrical under ground to new pool equipment location (60 feet)

Miguel was on-site almost every day managing this project. He was always available by text or phone to come by to answer questions during and after the completion of this project. He trained me how to maintain the new system. He also came by after 6 months and showed me how to clean the filter and clean the saltwater chlorinator. Every man that was assigned to this project was knowledgeable, skilled, honest, friendly and employees of Blue Splash Pool Service (no subcontractors). Miguel was also open to changes and additions to this project.

I recently hired Blue Splash/Miguel for resurfacing my pool, replacing skimmer and mastic sealing. He was knowledgeable, prompt and responsive to all my questions, and provided a competitive bid. He throughly checked everything, and also identified a leak in a pool equipment valve. His crew within 2 weeks removed the old plaster, and added new plaster, and completed the pool startup in the third week. His work was high quality work, and was completed within the time he promised, which is a huge plus. He has my strong recommendation.
