Tony and crew did an amazing job installing pavers at our house. They made fantastic suggestions, finished in a timely manner and the work was top notch, I can't recommend Primavera enough!

We just had Primavera Construction install the pavers for our driveway and the turf for our front yard. The end result, we are very happy with the works that Primavera team did. Tony and his dad managed to come to our place the following day, right after I submitted the quote request, for the estimate. I got great recommendations from them in term of the design and materials. Flora and the team were also great. They did very good jobs, while their price is very competitive. The process was smooth. I got updated along the way, so I knew what was going on, and when the project would be done. Thank you again Tony, Tony Senior, Flora and Primavera team for the great work! We love our front yard's new look!

Wow! Primavera Construction gave us stunning patio makeover! Our old brick patio had been uplifted by the roots of a huge dead Magnolia tree and the patio was too uneven, broken and dangerous to walk on. Flor was the first team member we met. She came over to the house to see what needed to be done. She was especially helpful when it came to deciding on every thing. Her knowledge and expertise about construction and pavers made us feel very comfortable so my mother decided to go with Tony and his crew of Flor, Tony Jr, Jose, Erick and Fidel.
The crew worked every day until the job was finished. It was a difficult demolition. They removed so many tree roots. I think there were more roots below the ground than there had been tree above the ground. Another surprise was a layer or two of bricks underneath the top layer. After the demo, in just a few days, the pavers were installed and a new stone wall was up. They are perfectionists and very conscientious and put a lot pride and effort into their work. My mother was thrilled and spends at least half of her day sitting on her new patio and loving it! We would recommend Primavera Construction to anyone without hesitation! Fantastic work at a very fair price.

Tony, Tony and company just finished our courtyard and driveway. From beginning to end, Tony was a pleasure to deal with, the work was done on time, and communication was great throughout the entire project. The finished job looks fantastic and I have already received multiple compliments from neighbors and people passing by.

Metrofolia completely remodeled my home from the drainage to finish work and cabinetry. They can do everything wonderfully with care and detail. They handled everything from the design to permits and had many great ideas to make the home unique.

I used a number of specific unusual finishes and they were able to get it looking great.

Jesus and the whole team at Blue Sierra are incredible. I have worked with lots of contractors over the years and they're easily the best I've had the chance to work with. They were always prompt, on budget, and incredibly nice.

We had a very detailed oriented, challenging modern landscaping front and back yard project and they absolutely crushed it. We appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to make sure things were just right.

Jesus Sr and his team were always on time (or ahead of schedule) and cleaned up the whole site every evening. I looked forward to our chats in the morning about what was next and they always humored us when we wanted to dive into the details.

I am recommending them to several friends who have projects, you should consider them too!

I am very satisfied with Black Diamond’s work. Our manager is Bruce. 5 stars for him. Our project was a difficult one because of the need to build stair steps at an awkward place next to the pavers. Bruce did listen to my opinions, put in his professional advice and worked with his team to make it happen. Antonio in his team is a hardworking, detail-oriented people. I would give him 6 stars if I could. He explains everything clearly and was always open to discuss your ideas. He didn’t rush to get work done, instead he carefully measures again and again to make sure things go right. Antonio and his partner leave the work place clean and organized. Even though my project was delayed several months, the final results are beyond my expectation and make me feel it worth all the waiting. Black Diamond is not the least expensive in quote but I am glad I chose their service.

We are very happy with our pavers and get lots of compliments on them! Black Diamond did a wonderful, efficient job on that part of the job. However we also went with them for landscaping. I did not get an overall landscape design and ended up having to create my own right before the project started to keep the timeline on track. The wrong hedge plants arrived and that set the timeline back further. There were whole weeks that went by when no one was here working on the landscape job and that was frustrating; I had to escalate that through management many times to get people back and working again. Probably the biggest disappointment was that they originally quoted $19,000 for 436 SF of medium quality turf, which we now know is just sky high for that amount of turf. We ended up going with sod because it was only $5,000 in comparison and are now very very sorry we did. We are in the process of getting turf ($6700 for the same 436 SF and much higher quality turf from Bay Area Turf). Net-net: Black Diamond is a paver company with 'Landscape' in the name.

The landscape design for our yard in Cupertino by Laurie Wafer (the designer) and Ernesto Servacio (the contractor) presents a well-conceived and largely functional plan integrating key elements of lawn, flower gardens, irrigation, and a retaining wall. Laurie uses her expertise to resolve our long time water pressure problem for the irrigation system. It successfully addressed fundamental needs and creates an attractive, usable outdoor space, demonstrating solid design principles.

I would totally recommend Black diamonds for your backyard renovations, Especially JEREMY and his crew at that.
Jeremy was the POC for this. He accommodated every small request of ours. He not just incorporated our ideas, but advised us on many things where we could reduce the cost.
We had about 70 cubic yards of dirt removed. Plenty of trees and drought resistant plants planted along with adding pavers both in the backyard and in the front yard. We also had the vegetable beds built. Had some old trees moved, and new planted.
His crew even helped with adding a play structure and building the swing. Also , accommodated plenty of my requests on the fly without adding them to the cost.

They were extremely professional. They had to break the fence to get in .They closed the fence every single evening.
Very punctual. Closed the work as promised on time and in the budget . Can't find any faults in the work that they have done.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with him . Every single request of ours had been taken care of.

I worked with Black Diamond to re-design my front yard landscaping and to improve the irrigation system.. The highlights of the installation were quality of the materials and the professionalism of the installers. Mid installation there were some creative differences, however the company responded quickly----and again professionally---and an amicable solution was reached.. Overall, a great result was achieved.
