We lost our heat, and our usual furnace repair company was booked up. This company was listed by Lennox for repair and Yelp had great reviews. He arrived early (with warning), figured out the problem, fixed it, and explained it all clearly. Outstanding service and will certainly use them again!

Technician Juan came to fix my air conditioner. He was very professional and careful about taking Covid precautions with mask, booties, and distancing. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem and presented different options for repair. He was very good at explaining.

We needed to select a generator to run our house during planned power outages in our rural area. Additionally, our existing 200 AMP panel was too small, mislabeled and wired poorly by the previous owner. Juan helped us pick a generator, and oversaw Pacific Coast rebuilding our panel to support a generator hookup. Juan worked with us to choose what outlets to prioritize. Our house now can disconnect from outside power and run on a generator. We are very satisfied.

Stephen did a great job on the repair of the siding around the newly installed main panel. He also did the repair of a section of drywall around the newly installed subpanel in the garage. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He described what he was going to do and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Stephen installed a range hood with the help of his team. I had previously gotten quotes from contractors who were tentative about the install or wouldn’t work with me because the job wasn’t big enough. Due to COVID, I was missing a duct cover (out of stock everywhere) and Stephen immediately found a work around for the issue. He is highly competent and solutions oriented, which I appreciated after 5 months of looking for someone to handle this install. He and his team were conscientious and careful, which was appreciated. I will definitely reach out to Stephen if I have other jobs due to his construction background. Thanks Stephen!

Stephen did a great job doing some drywall work for me. He also gave me a quote for some other work I am considering for the future, replacing the doors in my home. He was very pleasant and the excellent clean up after he was done working was much appreciated:).

We had 3 different people come to our house from Pacific Coast Home Services — Andrew for electrician needs, Augus to inspect our HVAC, and Raymond to explain our HVAC options for fixes / upgrades / replacements. Each was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and on time. They all took care to wear masks in the house and covered their shoes before entering. Booking with PCHS was a breeze - just call them up! And we got plenty of notification that our visits were confirmed, when our technicians were headed our way, etc. While we have yet to decide on whether we will use their services (still waiting on another electrician estimate), we felt very well taken care of and would trust PCHS to do the jobs we need.

I appreciate the thorough inspection work that Juan did regarding my HVAC system. My unit is located in a small space in the attic, which he did not hesitate to crawl around to determine the issue. He discovered several problem areas with my 13 yr old unit and offered best low cost options.

Adrian Urena was the technician that came out today, Corey came last week. We haven’t yet had you install anything, or do work, we are still in the research and planning stages, but we look forward to getting quotes from Corey. Juan arrived on time with all the necessary tools and parts to diagnose and repair my Lennox heating system. His expert diagnostic skills led quickly to a faulty capacitor which Juan replaced from spare parts carried on his truck. He also cleaned the flame sensor and twice verified that the heating system now operates normally. Juan's experience and expertise leads me to recommend Pacific Coast Electric Heating for repairs and servicing.

I own a 30 year old income property needing a complete electrical upgrade. The company responded quickly with a visit and quote, scheduled the work, and completed it on-time. I must commend the technicians for being very professional, polite and kind to me and my kids. I highly recommend this company for making this major headache of a job easy and hassle free. If I ever need an electrician again (and I guess they do plumbing and HVAC too) I'll be calling them first thing.

We called Pacific Coast Home Services late in the evening after our furnace stopped working. Our technician, Jeremy Correa was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He thoroughly explained our issue and helped us dig in literal mud to fix it. Much appreciated! We’ll be calling Pacific Coast Home again for future service.

Super high cost and didn’t fully fix things.

They came to my place two years ago to do a panel replacement. Since they replaced the panel, a lot of the breakers kept tripping and so I was suggested to re-wire the circuits that were tripping and was guaranteed that the trippings won’t happen again. Cost me thousands of dollars and three entire months to finish this project.

Two years later, the circuits start tripping again and when I ask them out to check things out, they said it would cost me 1250 dollars just to do a diagnosis. When I told them that they promised me that this wouldn’t happen again they just responded with “well we heard you but it is what it is”

They installed my HVAC system as well two years ago. The brand new HVAC system breaks two years later due to some installation issue. Even the technician repaired it said the quality of work is pretty meh. The HVAC system cost me 13k. Thank god it is still under warranty otherwise god knows how much money these guys would charge me to fix what they shouldn’t break.

These guys would bring you seemingly good service before you pay, after they got the money, good luck to you.

We had installation of an a/c and heater unit several months ago and we recently just had a few issues of hearing strange noises with the unit. We had a visit from Juan today and he doubled checked everything to make sure everything was safe and working well...Although they couldn’t determine anything, He assured us that if we hear the noises again call them right away and they might be able to come that same day. Before leaving, they checked and made sure everything was safe and that’s so important to me and my family.

Juan Galvan our service technician was detail oriented, explained the issues well, and kindly responded to our questions. He repaired our hvac on the spot and it runs like a top now. We would use their service again and recommend him to a friend.

We used Pacific Coast Services in May for our commercial building in Fremont, and we received everything we wanted - diagnosis and repair of our thermostat wiring issues, plus diagnosis of our HVAC issues. Luis Martinez & Jorge Antuna were the technicians on site, and they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable about the issues at hand, and efficient in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure understanding of the problems as well as the quality of the work. Our organization will use them again in the future for our HVAC and AC/heating needs.

My experience with Pacific Coast Electric Heating was fantastic. Prices were reasonable and the communication was on point. My service provider Juan Galvan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He respected and wore shoe covers and treated my home well. I felt very supported and he answered the questions I had about my issue and resolved it quickly. I highly recommend their services and if Juan represents their work then I give it A++++!

We got bait and switched. We first called to have a thermostat mounted on the wall and hooked up. Original quote of $89 and they would come in a week. Day comes by, and the tech calls to confirm that we would be paying $400 for the service?! That the original fee was a "dispatch" fee. Mind you this is to just hook up a new thermostat, he hadn't even come to look at the issue yet and quadrupled the original price.
