Tech was pleasant informative would have appreciated a detailed breakdown regarding charges. Hourly labor costs price on parts.

Jeremy Correa did an amazing job listening to my explanation of what happened, and explaining what he thought the issue was and how much it would cost before getting my agreement to move forward. He was very thorough (and fast!) and even showed me how to avoid the same problem in the future. He also gave recommendations for ways we can improve the efficiency of our HVAC system moving forward. On top of it all, he was extremely friendly and polite. Jeremy is a delight!!

Roy came over to fix my broken HVAC. It was thermostat issue and he replaced it with out any charge. He also fixed the dent on the filter intake I have been ignoring for a while. It was a very smooth experience over all and excellent customer service by Roy.

My husband I want to thank "Christian, Eric, Jesus, Alma, and Juan for their outstanding service for completing our project. We had outdoor flood lights and attic and garage fans installed. TLDR: This company jas gone Above and Beyond and I plan on continuing to use them for HVAC and fiture plumbing needs.

Called numerous companies due to alow drainage and when we'd empty the tub, the toliets would bubble. PCH came out and came to the normal xonclusion of tree roots (tree lined street). They couldnt snake the problem. Suggested an additional cleanout (which we need) and to snake it from there. Vincent Lopez, technician, came out and dug through rock, possibly cement, and roots for 6+ hours, working through lunch. The crew was here until 7PM Thanksgiving Eve, filling in the ditch. Vincent came back out and spent a few hours cleaning up all of the rock, carefully raking the dirt to ensure the lawnmower doesnt catch a rock.

I had an excellent experience with Pacific Home. I called on a Sunday evening during the holidays and the woman who answered was kind and professional and scheduled a visit for the following afternoon from 2-4. Jeremy showed up right at 2 and our heating problem was solved within 20 minutes. Jeremy was also kind, professional, and very helpful. Thank you!!

Pretty bad; on the phone promised a visit for $45; then the guy came over and said he wanted to run diagnostics for an extra $199. I told him no, so he just sat down and gave me quotes from $2500 to $3500 to refill the r32 refrigerant that may have leaked out. Pretty pathetic. Charged me too.

My mom used these guys back in 2023. Turns out we now have to get a bunch of their work fixed. PCHS's work on the entry way left a tripping hazzard. The new drain line PCHS installs needs to be restrapped because it was done incorrectly. PCHS left the old sewage pipe under the house. They did not back fill their trench under the house. All in all they do not do what a prime contractor should. I.E. the general hires the subcontractors to do the specialized work and THE GENERAL MAKES SURE THEY DO THE WORK RIGHT.

Jeremy Correa from Pacific Coast Home Services was excellent during his inspection of our heating system. He was on time, efficient, and detailed in both his assessment and documentation. Jeremy went above and beyond by clearly explaining the issue and recommending practical alternatives. Highly professional and knowledgeable—would definitely recommend!

Eros did a good job, no complaint, however I was overly and unreasonably charged $1500 for a two hour job replacing 2 electrical receptacle outlets no pulling of wires, wires already in the wall. He also replaced 6 smoke detectors wires already in place. So I was charged $1200 for a 2 hours job including his trip to Home Depot to get the smoke detectors. Although I signed the contract, and Eros reduced the price from $1700 to $1500, it dawned on me later that I was actually changed $600/ hour for a simple job. Now, I know you charge by a job and not hourly. Even with that your charge is extremrky excessive and unreasonable. I spoke with Christian and kindly asked him to review and adjust the charges. He refused. So, here I am being asked again to give my inputs. I am a first time customer and not happy.

Pacific Coast installed my new spa requiring 220v, and 120v for the 55" television and lights. I could not be happier with the superb work and great service. They are extremely knowledgable and explained various options. I highly recommend them.

The first contact was very pleasant and it was obvious they knew what they were talking about. The techs that performed the service were courteous and efficient. The cost was exactly as quoted with no “add-ons”. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and would hire them again

This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. When my furnace stopped running over the weekend they figured they had me over a barrel. The only pricing they would give when I called was the "there will be no dispatch fee". Since I needed them to more than show up in my driveway, I asked what they would charge to diagnose my problem. The only answer I could pry out of them was "it will depend on what they have to do." No surprise the diagnosis cost was exorbitant and the performance of the tech was abysmal. He did almost nothing before announcing that my 10 year old furnace was dead and would have to be replaced. Obviously I refused to sign up for a new, exorbitantly priced furnace on the spot. And for the next two days he pursued me like a 1960's used car salesperson.

By comparison, two days later a tech from Modern Air, a Morgan Hill based company, came out, charged me less than half as much and left me with a running furnace in about an hour. Three guesses who I will call for service in the future.

I was extremely happy with the service and attention I received from Pacific Coast Home Services. They were able to accommodate me with next day service. Christian was polite, on time, and did an efficient job of removing my 20 year old smoke detectors. He was thoughtful about wearing shoe coverings and provided me with thorough explanations about everything he was doing. I would highly recommend this company and this particular employee. I won’t hesitate to use them for future home repairs.

He showed up on time, gave me notifications on his arrival, diagnosed the issue with our HVAC, And when about fixing it expertly. He had the system back up and running within 30 minutes. He was friendly, communicative, and respectful - he had to go indoors/ourdoors multiple times to check the units but he always put protective booties on his shoes whenever he entered the house to keep the floors neat.

Highly recommend for both his high skill level and great personality! Even my 2 year old and 10 month loved him!!
