The office staff setting up the appointment are very polite . The first Technician named Philip is very polite , kind and very professional . I have read many reviews with similar business . This company have the best reviews from thei public and I m glad I sought their service.

Highly supportive and responsive, from scheduling the appointment, electrician coming to our house, to the follow-ups afterwards. The electrician (Ben) who came to the house inspected it well and gave really helpful advice; glad to have found this company and will definitely be reaching out to them if needed in the future.

I called with an electrical outlet issue, and they were able to schedule a technician to come over the next day. Ben (the technician) was polite, knowledgeable and able to address the problem. He even brought shoe covers! Would definitely call again if I have issues in the future.

We decided to go with CA Electrical Group after reaching out to around 10 different companies for quotes. We found them through a Google search, and right from the start, Kfier stood out. He was highly knowledgeable about the services, quickly understood our needs, and provided clear, helpful guidance. He even worked with our tight budget and customized a package to fit our requirements.

On installation day, the company sent Alex and Jesus (Danny), and we couldn't have been happier. CA Electric did a great job! Called the company and easily got an appointment for an estimate. Israel was the first person I worked with on site. He arrived on time and quickly found a much better and less expensive location for the outlet and charger than I expected. CA Electric was by far the least expensive of three quotes. Within a day I was called by their scheduling folks and was scheduled for two days later. Freddie was the installer and also arrived on time. The job took about an hour less than estimated and the work area was completed cleaned before Freddie left. The payment and contract process was all electronic and very easy to use. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Save yourself a lot of time and money…hire these guys!

Came out quickly for an estimate and were very thorough and transparent. Scheduling and communication were excellent. They installed an outlet in the bathroom and a L2 changing outlet in the garage and completed all the work in one day, including the drywall repair needed for the bathroom. Will use again.

We had a problem with a breaker not resetting and called them out on a saturday night for next morning service. They were extremely helpful and were able to diagnose and fix the problem easily and also explained to us what had happened so we know for the future. Highly recommend using them and we will be using them in the future.

CA Fair Plan would not cover my home for fire insurance until I fixed some problem with my electrical. I called CA Electric and they showed up the next day and assessed that the wires the fair plan assessed as dangerous we're simple phone lines and no harm. Ca electric did not charge me to come to my home and tell me that there was no problem. That was awesome and ca electrical is awesome. The CA FAIR PLAN is gd ridiculous!!!

Did a great job with the electrical cable work we requested for our home. After I made initial deposit, it took me weeks of calling and sending Yelp messages to finally get scheduled. Everyone who picked up phone or texted back could not schedule directly and kept saying my request would be forwarded to another department I could not contact directly. Would probably pick a more responsive electrician service in future, but the actual electric job was top quality.

I live in Texas and my elderly parents who are 94 years old had an electrical emergency at their home in the California Bay Area that required a call to the local FD. We had Jacob come to our home for a free inspection of an electrical problem we were having. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. After the inspection I had now doubt we would go with CA Electrical for the job we needed done.
