May 12 my HVAC heater wasn’t working. Called several companies but no one available until Next day or 2 days later. Someone told me about Pacific Coast Home Services. Came out within the hour. Was so fortunate to have met Roy Albasni. Such a pleasure. Explained to me what issue was. Very informative I would say. I highly recommend Roy Albasni as your representation. Overall from start with Kayla to finish with Roy, I am very satisfied.

He arrived on time inspected the home and recommend some needed repairs. Under every sink. He got them all done the same day. No leaks new faucets in both bathroom and unclogged sink and pipes. Which are working well. And up graded hoses and connection to the washer. And like I already said It was all done that same day. A job well done done to my complete satifaction..

We hired Pacific Coast Home Services to replace our water heater. They sent Rafael Alvarez Jr. the plumber to complete the task. He amazingly did everything in one day. He was professional, friendly and above all else knowledgeable!

He explained everything simply and made us feel comfortable about our options. Rafael also found a few other problems that could become major repairs in the future.

After installing the water heater we noticed our water pressure wasn’t the same. He came back right away to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be hard water sediment and corrosion from our pipes. He made sure to clean out all of our fixtures to ensure everything was working perfectly. I was home so Rafael walked me through the fixings and showed me the clogs I had as he gutted things out.

If you ever need a plumber I would recommend Rafael the PLUMBING DOCTOR!!!… he’s got the magical touch to fix anything!

Roy was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed on how well he came prepared to do the job. He informed me of what other maintenance needed attention. He presented the options which were clear to me and happy to have moved forward on getting them done. Thank you.

I am beyond thrilled with the service received from this company. Someone called me within 15 minutes of submitting an online request. Someone was out the next day to assess the work and provide a quote, and the work was done the day after that. I chose this company in part due to the good reviews, and even more so because they could offer an electrician AND a plumber, saving me the need to reach out to two separate companies. I needed a 240 outlet and a capped gas line so that we could replace our gas range with induction.

Our plumber was Rafael, and he was my favorite kind of service guy. Not only personable (they all were), but happy to answer questions about other little things while he worked, even taking a few minutes to help me repair a small item that had started to fail in the last couple of days. But beyond that he was showing me how to do it, so that I could maintain it myself going forward. I would 100% request this person in particular if I reached out to this company again (which is likely).

Our electricians were Ricardo and Jay. I’d met the former the first day, as he was the same person to come out and review the job and provide the quote. These guys were both professional and really nice. They cleaned up after themselves (and did a good job of it), walked me through the work afterward and asked me to follow up if there were any issues getting the new oven installed and working.

Based on this experience I can highly recommend this company for electrical and plumbing.

Service was good but the cost structure is blindsided. It felt like they were manuipulating the cost and not being transparent. There is no pricing information at all even on the website.

Manager Juan Carlos is nice as well as the rest of his people. They finish for today and coming back tomorrow to complete the job.

We had 2 Smart toilets installed into our bathrooms. Both Sam and Rafael did super great job! So diligent and professionally knowledge!! They worked hard and found the solution to cope with the terrible bad job done by other plumber 4 years ago. Thank you Rafael, you assured every setting ready for my family to start using these new toilets happily without any trouble or more questions. I recommend Pacific Coast Home Services to anybody!!!

We had great experience with them. From the moment we called them to report a leak on Saturday morning to the full completion of the service after multiple visits a few days later, everything was done very professionally. Timely, friendly, helpful communication on the phone. Then Uzi (the plumber) appeared on time and was very helpful. We later discovered that we needed to change the faucet and he was also helpful in picking one up from the internet. We scheduled an appointment again for the morning the day after it arrived, and Uzi was there again the morning, ready to install. All in all, we couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you!

Had an emergency issue. No one available for same day. Pacific Coast Home Services was able to accommodate me. Kayla the dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. She found me an agent that was able to accommodate me within an hour. I had the pleasure of having. Roy Albasnri. Very informative. Patient & thorough. Respectful of shoes in the house. I want to thank you very much for his great customer service.

They quoted us 2 options to fix our air conditioner at $11,000 and $13,000. We got 2 other opinions today. They diagnosed the exact same problem but both quoted around $5,000 for the fix. I would avoid them.

Feb 27, 2026: Jeremy from Pacific Coast Home Services was fantastic. He provided routine service on my HVAC and explained what he was working on,. He explained how to set the thermostat. Afterwards, at my request he went up to the attic to review my duct work and insulation and provided a fair estimate on what I needed. I appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtful customer service. I appreciated his time that he spent with me answering my questions and explaining what I needed. Thank you Jeremy and Pacific Coast Home Services!

My heat pump system is old and unfortunately the last company that tried to replace my AC unit didn’t do their due diligence and caused several more issues. Roy and Cesar came out and not only ran tests but also showed me exactly what they were doing and explained every step as best as possible. They were prompt and showed up within the quoted time slot, and when they had to call Chris he was able to come over and explain what he needed from me in regards to my HOA.

Yes they are expensive. But if you’re in a condo with a heat pump system it might be in your best interest to at least give them a call for their expertise.

Mr. Elias from Pacific Coast Home Services visited to provide an estimate for installing an EV charger. He informed me that I would need to upgrade to a SPAN panel, and quoted a total of $14,493. He charged $45 for the visit and left, but unfortunately, did not respond to any of my follow-up questions via text or email.

Later, I worked with another company and successfully had the EV charger installed for only $2,080. Out of curiosity, I also requested their estimate for a SPAN panel—$7,737, nearly half of what Pacific Coast quoted.

Bottom line: I would strongly caution anyone considering Pacific Coast Home Services. Based on my experience, their pricing was excessively inflated, and the communication was lacking.

Wanted to charge me over $900 for a 30 minute job to replace a valve cartridge for a leaking bathtub spout. Another plumber did it for a flat $100 and I paid for the part ($35:at Home Depot). What a ripoff!

They were very professional. Arrived on time, the technician (Orlando Rodriguez) explained exactly what the problem was. He told us what parts were needed and gave an estimate. The issue was with our main water supply so we would have to turn the water off. The job itself took under an hour and our water was back on. The technician did an excellent job installing a new pressure valve and copper pipe. He was very friendly and communicative, which was nice because my parents are older. The bill was almost exactly what he quoted and he was finished in about an hour. I highly recommend their services.

Roy came to our home to check our cooling system, and we were really impressed. He was polite, professional, and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing things right.

Even though the quote he gave us was a bit more than we expected, we still appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. We didn’t feel pressured at all, and we truly hope we can use his services in the future.
