Excellent service! The power went out in my kitchen and Jacob was able to fix everything in less than 5 minutes. He explained what happened, how to prevent it from happening again, and how to troubleshoot on my own if it happens again. He was patient, understanding, and provided great customer service!

My garage power went out, and my usual fix—turning the breaker fully off and back on in a recently installed panel—didn’t work. I noticed a reset button on the breaker and tried that too, with no success. I assumed the breaker had failed.

I called CA Electrical Group, and the next morning their supervisor, Jacob, came out. Within minutes he showed me that the breaker required a specific reset sequence I didn’t know about. Once that was done, the issue was resolved.

Jacob then went above and beyond. He removed the panel cover, carefully inspected the wiring, and confirmed everything there was in good shape. I also have a much older exterior panel that feeds the newer one, and he took the time to inspect that as well. While it wasn’t the best installation, he explained clearly how the two panels were interconnected and what to watch for going forward.

He spent over an hour with me, explained everything thoroughly, and did not charge me anything.

I was extremely impressed with Jacob—very knowledgeable, focused on doing what’s best for the customer, and genuinely friendly. I’ll be using CA Electrical Group to replace a shorted outlet soon, and when I decide to replace the older panel, they’ll absolutely be my first call.

I contacted CA Electrical Group for a full-house rewiring project. Jacob came to my home to understand my needs and provided a detailed quote. I was very impressed with his patience in explaining what needed to be done and how the work would be carried out, especially since I was still living in the house and concerned about maintaining power during the project.

As part of the project, I also needed to add a subpanel. Jacob explained the steps clearly and made sure I understood how it would integrate with the new wiring.

The team completed the entire project in just one week. The recessed lights I requested were part of the project, and when they worked on my bedroom, everything was carefully restored before they began. On the day they installed the lights, I was out, and when I returned, I was amazed--my room was bright and refreshed with the four new recessed lights. All furniture and items were placed back exactly how they were.

Their daily cleanup was also excellent; they made sure the space was tidy before leaving each day. Throughout the week, there were days when three team members were working together, and I could clearly see their strong teamwork and coordination. That is why they were able to finish the job so efficiently.

Rewiring used to be a major worry and headache for me, but after their work was completed, I felt much more comfortable and relieved.

Overall, CA Electrical Group exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were outstanding. I truly appreciate their honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical team--you will be in good hands.

Dan and Manuel were knowledgeable and explained the process to me. I had a new electrical panel put in as Ben explained the me the old one wasn’t able to be repaired. Manuel installed the panel and did a great job. I will use CA Electrical for any future needs.

The California Electrical Group did an excellent job in installing my new Siemens fuse box and patching up the drywall around it after the installation. They have a 24-hr/7-day customer service that is highly professional, courteous and reliable! They do free estimates. If they cannot answer your scheduling or billing questions at first, they will forward them to their logistics team who will respond back immediately. The scheduling is done by a separate team. One of the project managers, Kfir Ben, is a very responsible, professional and empathetic electrician who is honest in giving free estimates and technical advice. I was very surprised that he responds my calls immediately in scheduling and communicating with supervisors of different contractors. I had made a few calls with other electrical companies and they never returned my calls! I highly recommend them as your electrical company. I give them a AAAAA++++ rating!

I ordered a rewire for most of my house, fix GFCI receptacles in my garage, and update EV charging receptacle. Communication - 4/5 The project manager, Onri, was responsive for the most part and answered any questions I had. Timeliness - 5/5 The crew arrived earlier than I’d expect them. Quality - 5/5 The crew laid down blankets to avoid damaging the floors. They made minimal cuts to gain access to route new wiring. The crew was very professional and seemed like experts. Correctness - 3/5 The crew was not aware I ordered an installation for EV charging, fixing drywall, and fixing the garage GFCI connectors. They had to do two follow up visits to fix the GFCI receptacles. It also doesn’t seem like they pulled permits or got inspection like I was told we would. Overall, I had to double check their work. They rewired two bedrooms to the same breaker when they should have been split. The important thing is that they corrected everything that was wrong and was very professional about it. I’d hire them again.

Ca Electrical is awesome. I decided to try some do it yourself electrical work which was a big mistake. We lost power in the dining and living room and the associated circuit breaker could not be reset.

I called Ca Electrical to explain the situation and they showed empathy but on a more important note, they scheduled a technician to come out within 3 hours of my call which was much appreciated since it was getting dark.

Jacob contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was coming. Upon arrival, he did some trouble-shooting and then fixed the issues. He was friendly, professional and efficient. In addition, even though it was an emergency call, the cost of work was very reasonable.

Highly, highly recommend.

I had some concerns about the job completed. The company ghosted me for literally days. I went with them in the first place because they came out for an estimate the same day, did the job within a week, then radio silence no return calls. I was not rude or impatient with them. Very slow to close. Also, the response to this review may offer more insight about why you may feel the need to pass them up and go elsewhere with a lower bid.

The installers were courteous and professional and did a thorough job with my vent repair/upgrade. I wish I had called them first.

Rafael Alvarez Jr. is a very courteous man. He said that the leak was in the shower valve and the faucet handle. He gave instruction to our contractor to replace both the faucet and the shower valve. Mr. Alvarez shook the faucet handle several times before he left and the running sound of water stopped for less than one hour then the sound of running water returned. Our contractor did the repairs as instructed but the leak remains. The office said the work was under warranty after speaking to the supervisor. The Supervisor called the next day and said it was not under warranty and would be an additional $400.00 an hour to find the leak.

Rafael did excellent work and in a timely manner. I had a pipe burst in my front yard he came out same day and fixed the issue first thing the next morning. I would recommend pacific coast for any plumbing issues.

Each year I do my annual maintenance on my tankless water heater. This year Rafael from Pacific Coast flushed my tankless water heater. He is absolutely amazing. He even returned back to my home that night when I called to address a concern. Rafael taught me how to rinse filter should this happen in the future. Giving a 5 out 5 review as both customer service and Maintenance was excellent! Thank you.

The tech came out with his superior. We discussed the problems with the furnace and they offered diagnostic options starting at 400+ the diagnostic options didn’t guarantee the repair of the furnace and they also said they had new furnace options with 0% financing. They were very nice and professional

Pacific Coast Homes Services replaced my tankless hot water heater. They replaced the heater, installed a new vent and did some electrical work. They completed the work, tested it, and were sure I know how to contact them if I have questions or need their service.

I am particularly impressed by every one of the technicians that they sent. All of them were personable, professional and pleasant. Juan, Elizabeth, Joseph, TJ, and one young many whose name I do not know were all extremely good at their jobs and were a pleasure to have at my home.

Today, 9/2/25, Pacific Coast sent a technician after I called to say my hot water heater sounded different than it had in the past. A very nice young man came out and we listened to it together. I realized that the sound that had concerned me was the heater turning on. It then quieted down and sounds like I a used to hearing it. He treated like my call was fine and he was glad I called rather than being concerned. I appreciate it.
