Earl came to the appointment on time. He gave me 3 options for the current old furnace which needed to be replaced. He was professional and curteous.

Juan was very helpful, professional and patient and had a lot of knowledge about the AC units and it’s performance. He had all the tools needed and explained the process step by step. I was glad he was bilingual and could explain everything related the AC Unit and all the parts of the equipment in Spanish :)

New Update: This company after the initial estimate provided the worst customer experience I've ever had in missed appointments, reschedules, and totally incorrect initial estimate and couldn't even get their hands on replacement parts. I ended up going with another service company and ended up significantly more than their original inaccurate estimate but honestly didn't want anymore to do with this company after how poorly they treated me.

AC unit stopped working and called Pacific Coast. They sent their tech super quick and he was able to solve the issue. He noticed few other issues with our system (15 years old now!!) and suggested actions to help prevent any future damage. Very professional and another important thing during these COVID times, always had his mask on.

Juan Galvan came out to diagnose issues with un even heat in rental unit. Made necessary adjustments to dampers and quickly updated me on tasks he performed. Appreciate his updates. Waiting to get feedback from tenants.
