Alex came on time and aligned the door. I also requested him to check a couple of additional doors which he did after consulting his company. The quote for additional work was done quickly over the phone.

I have been using Proper handyman Services for all our handyman needs. They are reliable and provide appointments quickly. I would use their service again.

I asked the firm to do some electrical works for our home. They told me they can do it and gave me quote for the job. They provided a few time slots for me to choose. I chose Saturday at 9am. They confirmed the appointment with both email and message. On Saturday, we took all lights out ready to be installed, moved furnitures away, pushed back my son's game and waiting them to show up. The arrival time is between 9:00am and 9:30am. Until almost 10am no one show up. So I messaged the guy who made the appointment. He told me he cannot get on hold of the electrician who supposed to come to our house. He messaged the electrician but no responses. I told him the electrician can come anytime time but keep me updated. Until 11am, he told me he still cannot get on hold of the electrician. I cancelled the service. This is very disappointing. They told me they can do the job, they gave me time to choose from, we moved furniture's and took out all lights ready, waited all morning and no one showed up. And there is no one tell us the electrician is going to be late until I messaged them. If they can't guarantee the work, why they made the appointment from the start. Waste of time and effort. I will not recommend Proper Hour Handyman Service to anyone.

Updates: After left the review, the firm told me they have an electrician available for us to do the job. He came and finished job at the end. The firm apologized for the issue. At lest the firm cares about their reputation and is willing to fix their mistakes. The cost is fair for the job. I had high expectations about this firm because they had many good reviews. But the first experience with them is disappointing even the problem is fixed at the end.

Lurii is amazing! He’s done 3 projects at my house over the course of the week. Each time, he’s done the job impeccably. He is super knowledgeable, doesn’t use cheap materials, and goes above and beyond to do a great job. I’ll definitely be using Proper Hour Home Service for future plumbing needs.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. From a sales perspective, I thought the cost was a bit high for the 6 hours of labor provided. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with the tech, Ihor, who was assigned. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He completed about 6 different tasks, diligently and methodically. He was competent, clean, and thorough.

Recently hired Alex to replace the shower cartridge and did an excellent job! Highly skilled, knowledgeable and reliable handyman.

Punctual appointment setup and visit, satisfied with all the outcomes.

Igor was so fast, efficient, thorough, and professional! He arrived on time and went straight to work. Honestly, I had to scramble to find additional tasks for him because there was a 2 hour minimum and he worked so quickly. I only wish I had been prepared for a few other projects I have coming up because I have no doubt he would have knocked them out in no time! I was astonished by all the little projects he was able to accomplish for us in the span of 3 hours. Highly recommend!

Technician took care of various handiwork tasks over the whole day, and if materials were available, he was able to do the job. The amount of work he was able to accomplish was impressive. For his hours and labor I think it price was fair as well. Overall I would recommend!

Great service and reasonably priced. I requested service to fix a leaking bathtub faucet issue, the fixed quote gave me confidence to place the schedule, and the plumber who came was also very polite. After the repair was completed, knowing that there's a 3 month warranty is also very reassuring. l'd definitely have Proper Hour Home in mind for any future house repairs or projects.

I have a Miele fridge door that needed to be realigned since the door was rubbing against the lower drawer. It has a custom cabinet. I got an estimate from proper hour handyman and we scheduled an appointment. There was a little mix up on the appointment time (they came an hour early) but it was fine since I was home. The technician didn’t speak much English but Mark translated and we managed. I was a little nervous at first because it was a tricky fix and I didn’t want them pulling everything apart if they weren’t absolutely sure they could fix it. But Evgenii did a great job. He was really careful and meticulous. And the best thing is while it took him a little longer than I think they expected, they still honored the original estimate. So that tells me that these guys are honest and stay true to their word. You can tell they care about getting good reviews and I have no problem recommending them. I’ll be using them again for sure.

Proper did a variety of projects for us including repairing lattice and rotted wood siding, clearing drains and gutters and fixing French doors and screens. They were timely, communicative, and did all the work to our complete satisfaction at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their property.

Very unusual! Fast follow up, and the technician arrived on time. My technician did a fantastic job Fixing things perfectly — May be better than new. And now it’s a pleasure to use my bathroom! He was even cleaning my shower doors, Although I told him he certainly didn’t need to do that.
