Nikolay came out to help me with a variety of random things: installing nest camera, patch/paint base molding and damaged door frame trims, repair window shutters, take apart and clean ceiling vent/fans, etc. The company called to let me know he was running late due to traffic. At arrival, he wore shoe covers as well as masked upon my request. He worked non-stop other than a 1 hour lunch break. He cleaned up/vacuumed after and even helped me discard metal baby gates and wood pieces that I did not need anymore. Very nice and professional. This was the 3rd or 4th time that I’ve used this company and have always had great experiences with them. I’m already planning for their next trip out to help me repaint my banisters.

I use the business to fix and replace the drain under my kitchen sink. Demitri did a great job. He replaced everything and no leaks. He even gave me his cell so if leaks or some other issue developed, I could call him back and he would come back to fix it.

I got several quotes and they were in the low/ middle of the 3 quotes. I would definitely use them again.

We had Proper Hour Home Services out to our home to make a few repairs (including some water damage; see photos). Alex came to our house right on time and handled everything on our list to perfection, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

One day we discovered discoloration with the baseboard in one of our rooms. We decided to get some professional opinion to see why that was. I reached out to a few services, but Proper Hour Home Service was able to come and perform a proper inspection. During the inspection, they were able to isolate the cause. It was due to gaps in the wall leading to moisture seeping inward. They were able to provide a solution, and schedule for the repair. We had to reschedule a few times, but they were responsive in their communication.

Proper Hour Home Service was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They identified and completed the repair in a reasonable time frame. There are parts that I felt they did a bit of a rush job, such as the paint. They were also having issues with accepting credit cards, which made payment a bit of a hassle. But all in all, it was a good experience working with them. Would recommend and work with again.

I had a great experience with Kevin and his company. They have gone way beyond our expectation on the job. Not only did they provide me with a very accurate timeline for the work, but also stick to the schedule and finished the work beautifully. Overall, they are among the best company I have dealt with over the years, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for worry free and professional paver and artificial grass job.

I hired Penglin landscaping for driveway and paver installation. The work was relatively large, including demo and removal of old concrete, excavating and removal of dirt, installation of base and pavers, low voltage lighting, and drainage.

Penglin landscaping was respectful and professional during the full project. The project lasted longer because of an unexpectedly wet California winter, but they planned the work very professionally and finished according to the specs that were asked by us.

Finally they installed compost and mulch as we asked them to do for a very reasonable price. The result was exemplary

My Wife are Very happy with the Hardscaped Front Yard that Penglin has provided for us. It was a pleasure working with Prem, from the Initial planning phases, throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting all of the materials and Plants. His Father Kevin was outstanding during the installation process, as he made sure everything was as we wanted it, ran the crew efficiently, cleaned up each day and they were a pleasure to work with. We Highly recommend Penglin, especially if you need a little extra help and expertise. Last of all, The pricing was extremely fair and they saved us a lot of money...The Artificial Turf that was laid and had Flagstone cut into it is Beautiful and looks better than I imagined it would-a Great Job!! After looking for 6 months for JUST the Right landscaper, Penglin made it worth the wait!

I had a disappointing experience with the team here. After the onsite visit, i had to chase the team to follow up with my quote (which arrived 2 weeks later than the promised follow up date), and the quote was missing items we discussed + visual designs that were also promised. I got the sense the team was not very excited about our project and it showed. After following up with the team asking for the missing items i have still yet to hear back. I had higher expectations given the many positive reviews!

Our fence looks great! Penguin did an amazing job.They were very professional, easy to work with and built us a very solid fence. Prem was honest and explained everything well before they started. I should add that they also built us a super strong retaining wall. I'm glad we chose this company.

It was absolutely great working with Penglin Landscaping. We had our back yard redone with them. Prem and his team were absolute dream to work with. A special mention to Andy and his team who worked on the concrete. The team was extra accommodating going over and above what was expected of them. Though we were working on a tight schedule Prem and his team were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule and got it all done in time. They definitely get extra points for attention to detail. I found Penglin Landscaping through Google and Prem was quick to respond and come out quickly to provide an estimate. I had a large backyard project, which included a driveway, walkway, sitting area, artificial turf, irrigation, and planting.   Prem was great to communicate with via text and phone calls, which made the experience so much easier for me. His team worked hard to complete the project and my expectations were exceeded! I love my new backyard and I can't believe how well it's all come together. I thought their pricing was fair and the work quality was great.

My front yard artificial turf project was actually paid in full and was never completed by the previous contractor. Luckily I found Penglin Landscaping thru "Request a Quote", and the rest was history!

From start to finish Prem was honest, efficient, accommodating, and just an all-around cool dude! As you can imagine, the quotes I received for this project were all over the board. Penglin's quote was very competitive in comparison. They came out to do a site inspection, and they made sure that the task at hand was mutually agreed upon.

After discussing my project with Prem in great detail, we agreed on the start date and discussed the delivery of the turf, prep day, and the installation date. Everything stayed on schedule and Team Penglin executed flawlessly! There were a few finishing touches that Prem took care of a day later, and I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Prem and team for knocking this project out of the park!

Our dog Loves the new back yard! Penglin was doing a great for our backyard renovation. The owner are helpful with recommendations. Communication with them was great.
