We had a driveway completed from penglin. Prem was the initial person we worked with and he was very understanding of our budget, goal and timeline. Kevin is amazing, he understood our on the fly change orders and was able to swiftly include them into the project. Their team is organized, clean and well put together. I’m very happy with my experience and will 10/10 use them again!!!

Kevin, Prem and the team are as ideal as you can wish for from a contracting team. Vision and time line carried out as promised. Very driven and dedicated, even during a monumental celebratory event in their life, Kevin couldn’t sit idly and arrived a day earlier to start demo! They also were very respectful of our newly paved front yard (by another company from fall season) and made sure to trek cautiously by loading the bobcat through the pebbled path with wood planks laid. They prove there are still honest contractors out there. Work was initiated before even asking for first pay installment. Finally relishing all four corners of our property. We wanted to replace our hardscape with pavers. I did some research to find out what the going rate was in our area. I then got three quotes. Two were considerably higher than this rate. One was a little more reasonable; however, there were some red flags. I tried one more quote. I called the number on Penglin’s website, where it went to voicemail. Rather than leave a message, I was going to send an email instead. Before I could do so, I got a call back from Prem. We set up a time for him to come over for an estimate. Later in the day, I received a detailed estimate by email. This was much more in line with what my research had estimated a job of our size (2000+ square feet) should be. After we paid a deposit, they gave me an estimated start date. The start ended up being a week later, which I consider a good thing since I showed that they do a good job on their customer's job. The crew showed up at 8:30 like clockwork, including on Saturdays (after they asked for my permission). One impressive day was when they hauled off the old hardscape from the back and front yards that was piled up in the driveway, busted out the two-car driveway, plus excavated and graded dirt - all in little over four hours. Early on, Prem recommended that we add drainage from all the downspouts routed to the street, where again he quoted a very fair cost. Overall, the job went smoothly, and Penglin gave me all three of what I like to see in a business: honesty, fairness, and quality work. There were a couple of issues at the end of the job, but showing their integrity, were addressed even after I had made the final payment. I am recommending Penglin to any of my friends that are looking to do a landscaping project.

I hired Penglin Landscape to renovate my backyard after the swimming pool was removed. What a dramatic makeover! Now I have a new backyard that I can enjoy. My working experience with Prem, Kevin and Damien has been great. Prem has always been professional and responsive, and the project was completed on the date as promised. The Penglin landscaping team was amazing. We knew we wanted to update our backyard, but were not 100% sure how we wanted to approach it. Prem asked us a few questions and gave us some inspiration that helped us get where we wanted to go. From a pricing perspective, they were reasonably priced compared to other quotes and I appreciated Prem making himself available to answer any additional questions and provide clarification.

The demo and installation team were super friendly, professional and detailed. The paver installation went better than expected and they did a great job in building steps and a wall that allowed our tree to be the center piece of our backyard. Prem made it easy to install some plants and his recommendation helped to brighten up our backyard.

Overall we were thrilled with the outcome and could not be any happier with Prem, Kevin and their crew.

We had a great experience with the entire team at Penglin Landscaping. Our backyard project needed removing our existing pool and then having Pavers and landscaping done. Lot of Paver’s installation companies were unable to get the pool removed and some had partnership with other Pool removal companies but made it a complex process.

But Prem made it look simple, had a clear design and idea for the project, how it’ll be done in phases and eased a lot of our worries. He was prompt with providing proposals and very patient as we went through changes in the scope and provided valuable inputs to get the most value for our money.

Kevin (Prem’s Dad) is very knowledgeable about the process and execution and helped us get the best outcome. The entire Penglin team is very professional and knew their work to perfection and had several checkpoints with us during the project to make sure we liked the way things were shaping up and were very accommodating for reasonable changes to make sure we were happy.

Penglin Landscaping (Prem & Kevin) completely transformed both our Front and Back yards. I cannot say enough to highlight their professionalism, craft, and the personable care they conduct themselves with. It was a joy from start to finish. Prem and Kevin did an outstanding job with our front yard driveway. It was a complex project because of a steep slope. We tried to do a paper design but then decided to go with the project as it develops real time. We are so happy with the way Prem did the lights and landscaping. Setting up fountain on a steep slope is an engineering marvel and it looks amazing. Prem accommodated our constant incoming requests and provided good value for money. The work spanned more than two months and his crew were there even on Saturdays and days when it was above 100 F super hot days. There was a high degree of planning, coordination and aesthetics involved. Highly recommend them for any paving and landscaping needs as they have skilled crew who works tirelessly.

They are super professional, take great pride and focus on every detail of their work being done. My neighbor is getting his backyard remodeled with new pavers, fake grass, lighting, and I'm thoroughly impressed by the quality of their work. What a makeover!

But why am I writing this review? :- because I requested them to help me put an electrical line in my backyard gym, a small job which I didn't really expect them to act upon, but Prem came the next day itself to talk to me and ask what I needed to get done, and before I knew it, my electrical line was already in place when I came back from work the day after!
