They truly went above and beyond to assist us, even leaving their hose with us until we could secure a new one. They even extended the offer to answer any plumbing-related queries we might have at any time, all we needed to do was call. True to their word, I did call and they provided sound advice over the phone to help me solve an issue unrelated to the initial repair. Daniel, the owner, was quick in responses to my inquiry, free onsite survey and advises, and scheduling installation. The removal of old tank water heater and the installation of Rinnai tankless water heater were done in good qualities. The price was reasonable. He remained responsive in my post-installation questions with regard to operating the heater. I highly recommend them.

Trieu helped repair a leaked
bathroom sink at my house and did a great job. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and clearly knows his trade well. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and finished the replacement faster than I expected.

The work was clean and solid, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to what I was expecting. Overall just a smooth experience from start to finish.

Trieu helped us with the plumbing maintenance. He is super nice and professional. The price is also very reasonable.

Our kitchen sink drain was stuck and water backed up when we try to use it. At first it takes 5-10 minutes to drain again but later it would takes hours to drain. We know we had a problem. I tried to fix it myself with tools available at the house. Baking soda with vinegar, restroom pump to force the blockade with no resolution. I even tried to take out the pipe under the sink and try to use the 20’ snake tool to unblock it (ended up breaking some valves and glues on the sink). About 2 hours into trying to fix it myself, I know I don’t have the right tools so I gave up.

I called a couple of vendors and due to availability or price point things did not work out. I called Drain Assist and got an answer right away. Chieu, the owner, said he can be over in 45 minutes. On the dot he was at our door 45 minutes later. He quickly got up to speed on the issue and get right to work. He used the similar snake tool but waaay longer to try to fixed it. It kind of work since the water starts to drain a little faster but not Draining as fast as we would have hoped.

He suggested to do a more expensive option of jetting the pipe with a powerful machine that he has and after about an hour it was done. He pulled out about 2 pounds of fossilized grease and gunk that could really break some bones with. I was amazed that something that big has been staying in our pipes and it was still working for that long. He ended up replacing my broken sink valves as well. After about 2 hours, our sink was better than before. Water just disappeared down the drain.

He gave some tips on regular maintenance so we don’t have this issue in the future as well, which was very nice. I guess we need to pay more attention to our stuff and don’t assume things just disappeared down the drain without consequences.
