We are so pleased we chose to work with Emerald View Tree Services! Edgar was fantastic to work with on this project. He was professional, offered advice, and prompt in all his correspondence. The three person crew arrived on time, confirmed what we wanted, explained some additional things we did not know, immediately started work. and managed the job well. They finished everything in two hours. Edgar stopped by to make sure everything was going well, and when the job was finished, you would have never known they were there. Our yards were cleared of all the tree trimming. It was a very smooth process. We highly recommend.

Their response time was great. The job was done exactly how we wanted, the job site was clean and done within the time frame provided. To be fully transparent, we contacted two other services before going with Emerald View.

1) The first service (which we've used in the past) increased their price 41% in one year for the same tree.
2) The second service had a real poor response time.

We actually found Emerald View doing our neighbor's trees. They came over to our house afterwards, provided an estimate that was almost half of the first service and had a reasonable timeline. Very happy!

Then estimate came out very quickly and it was done professionally. On the day of tree removal, they showed up right on time at 7:30 am. The crew of 5 took care of 5 big trees and stomps in 3 hours. We had a very large cedar tree - very close to our house - that unfortunately died and needed to be removed. Emerald Tree Service did a fabulous job from top to bottom. They were very quick ,efficient , and friendly. They cleaned up my roof and all around the house. Left no mess. Amazing job and at a reasonable price. I got an estimate from three people to cut our camphor tree which was dying. This company was 600-700 cheaper than the other two. They did such an efficient job of cutting and cleaning afterwords. They cut the tree, then dug down to remove stump and roots, and didn’t leave any trace back. Left the area super clean. Highly recommend!

Edgar and his dad Abel showed up on time and did an amazing job trimming my mature Avocado tree. They made sure not to damage any plants under the tree and when they left the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. I will certainly use them again.
