The vendor never gave me an estimate for the work. I'm disappointed. They were out to view the work request. I've called several times to ask when I would get a bid, but i never received one.

We needed specific tree branches cut because criminals were using them as ladders to easily and quietly break into our backyard. We already had two thefts from criminals climbing in using those branches. Our HOA hired New Sky Tree Service to address this and other tree trimming for the entire community. Not only did New Sky not cut those branches in question, but they cut everything else to further expose our privacy from the street. When we asked them for a walk through and to fix the issue, they claimed they can't cut anymore of the tree (since they already cut off so much of the wrong part of the tree).

Also these guys can't really do a tree topping job; they go cheap and only trim from the bottom up. Instead of cutting the branches on top that's coming into our airspace and blocking the view as discussed, they cut the wrong bottom with nothing left, and completely exposed our privacy. It's harder and more expensive to cut higher parts of the tress, so even when they charge you for "topping" the trees at $800/tree, only the bottom will get cut. A job for cutting only the bottom part should have only cost $400/tree.

Ron and his team were lightning fast in both scheduling and executing a tree trim and tree removal. Great job and great ideas! We'll definitely work with New Sky Tree Service again for any of our future tree services.

Carlos and his four person team showed up on time and worked very hard pruning all our trees, including several fruit trees. They did a great job cleaning up the trimmings and even helped me salvage fruit from the trimmed branches. They were very knowledgeable about the correct way to prune our trees.

New Sky Tree Service is worth more than 5 Stars in my opinion. The owner Carlos is not only very professional and customer service oriented, but you can also see his passion for his job. He has a ton of knowledge that he passed on to me regarding my tree which, in my opinion is invaluable.

Every one of the crew members who trimmed and shaped our oak and other front yard trees were skilled, efficient, neat and friendly. They answered our questions and made sure we were comfortable with their suggestions as they worked. I would definitely use New Sky again. A truly fantastic crew of arborists and tree climbers and general crew. They were on time, reviewed details of my job with me, cleaned everything up including my neighbors' yards and my giant oak trees have never looked better. I've worked with other arborists but these guys are so skilled and so talented at revealing what was the hidden beauty of my oak trees. Such great value (great service) and truly an investment in the health and beauty of my trees. New Sky Tree Service was very professional and responsive to our request. Out of several quotes they were the best value. They scheduled the work quickly, and were overall easy to work with. We have added them to our vendor list, and are happy to have a reliable tree service company we can call on when needed.

Walter and his crew arrived on time, worked through the rain showers and did a tremendous jobeir pruning of 15 years of over growth in just four hours. Clean up was excellent and thorough. The service was reasonably priced. Walter's advice on how the pruning should be done and after care was great. I'd hire this service again.

I have multiple Redwoods and Maples on my property which have been pruned and maintained over the years by multiple services, but by far New Sky has been the best! I was extremely impressed with how safe and efficient they worked. They are as careful as anyone could be respecting the yard plants and anything below that could be damaged by fallen branches. Also all the trees were formed quite "artfully" and just look great! Carlos Diaz took lead on the job and his knowledge and expertise is the best in the business IMO. They even blew my yard and hauled away leaves that weren't even their mess! I was so grateful. Everything left better than when they arrived!

The New Sky crews arrrived on time. The company owner (Carlos) gave them instructions and they went right to work. I had a number of mature oaks that needed trimming for fire mitigation purposes, as well as a few small trees and some encroaching by my neighbors' hedge. The bid I received was very competitive and very reasonable for the amount of work done. When the work was finished, Carlos returned to review his crew's work with me and what he recommended for the trees I thought needed attention in the future. There were no surprises on the final invoice. The New Sky Tree Service team left my property clean from debris, cleaner than it was before they arrived. I whole heartedly recommend their service.

We are very pleased with New Sky Tree Service! Carlos came to assess our needs and was very knowledgeable about the coastal live oaks, redwood and other trees in the yard, and promptly sent a proposal that was complete, very professional and very reasonably priced. He was also responsive to our desire to keep a green screen of foliage to the neighbors' property while pruning the trees appropriately. Since we had a lot of work to be done, Carlos arranged for a big team to complete the job in a day. The guys were all courteous and hard-working, I always knew who was in charge and Carlos made sure the team knew how to organize their work for the day. He was also accessible by phone for any concerns I might have. As the work neared completion, he came back to make sure all was according to plan, and to tell me about care for some of the trees that needed attention. The team left the yard in pristine condition, cleaning up all the wood debris. I highly recommend New Sky Tree Service!!!

He told us exactly how the day will go and how long this would take. The team arrived on time at 8:00 am, they were organized and effective. Carlos checked-in several times during the process to keep us updated. He was great with communication. We were in great hands. The price was great based on how much work they had, the size of the team and the result. The job was well done and fast. Our neighbor even hired them the same day to have his trees cut. I recently hired New Sky Tree Service for crown cleaning, thinning, and raising one cedar and five other trees. Walter came for the estimate, which I approved the same day. They scheduled the service for the same week and completed all the work within a couple of days, just as promised.

Walter had initially mentioned he would send three crew members, but to my surprise and delight, he sent six. Each crew member worked systematically and diligently. They even cleaned my roof and the ground, leaving no debris behind. The quality of their work far exceeded my previous experiences with other tree services.
