Walter and his crew did a great job removing a big tree that was about to fall on top of the house and crush it during the big rain storm. Even with the bad weather they were out at the house in just a couple hours after calling them and carefully removed the tree without damaging any property. The crew was friendly professional and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. I’d definitely use them again.

Edwardo, Gerardo, and Fermin were extremely efficient and neat removing our huge Camphor tree. It was 67 years old and dying.

The Davey Tree service crew did a wonderful job. Very thorough and listened intently to what we wanted to thin on our oak tree.

My client's tree was in danger of dying and City wanted her to replace it. Davey's quote is very competitive and the service was top notched. Alexis always replied quickly and updated me of the best timeline for removing, stumping and planting of new tree. Tree was removed in the summer, and when I tried to schedule planting the new tree, Alexis informed me it's better to plant in fall. That meant they don't collect the payment until a couple of months later, but they advised what's best for the tree. Really appreciate it. Will definitely recommend them.

From the arborist to the workers, our tree work was done just as we agreed. Our tree was very sick and had to be removed and other trees needed pruning. Davey did great work. Our yard was left extremely clean.

1. A couple of years ago Davey pruned a very large, healthy valley oak for us in Sunnyvale. They did a great job, and the tree looked much better. Austin came and evaluated the tree for us; he was nice and responsive. But we attributed our satisfaction to Frank and his crew, who did just what we wanted, kept our roof safe, and cleaned the entire site -- in a half day! Davey (and Frank, if he's available) is your tree pruning service!

2. Recently our insurance company said the same valley oak needed to be pruned away from the roof of the house. We contacted Austin. He worked with us on what we needed and set up the appointment. Amazingly, Frank still works for Davey and he was available for this job. The guys were very fast, and we had the result we wanted by the end of the morning.

I repeat: Davey (Austin and Frank) are the way to go!

The guys did a fantastic job of lightening the load, opening it up and getting it away from the house.

Yohon, Chino and Beto were excellent at trimming & pruning a tree and bushes. They did a good job cleaning up as well.

I had 3 Queen Palm trees trimmed. The crew arrived on time, did beautiful work, and best of all , raked/cleaned the mess, and didn't trample the lawn. Will be using this company in the future.

City required us to remove a tree front of our property and plant a new tree.
I contacted The Dave’s Tree Expert Company’s Sales Arborist Alexis.Johnson. She gave me an estimate based on City’s request. After I accept her estimate price, she started to work on the project and followed city’s spec. Now she complete the work within the time frame, we are waiting city’s final inspection.

During the process Alexis spent a lot of time to find the right tree to plant and responded all my questions right the way and communicated with City’s Arborist Technician to make sure she meets city’s requirements.

We recently worked with Grace from Davey Tree, and had such a wonderful experience. We hired them to prune four cypress trees, a couple of cherry trees, three plum trees, and one orange tree.
