I can’t say anything but wonderful things about Capelli Plumbing! I was in town visiting my senior parents and their sewer backed up on a Sundy. After calling another big-named company to relieve the clog, the sewer backed up again two days later. After receiving a bid from them to do the work, we asked a neighbor for a recommendation and she said to call Capelli! So glad we did!

Edward and Preston were the best! They cleared the clog so my parents and I could use the restroom and then came back the next day to replace the leaking sewer pipes under the house. They stayed until 9pm to make sure that we would have a sewer line so we could take showers and use the bathroom! These two men were kind, knowledgeable, respectful and informative!

I am so grateful to Capelli for taking such good care of my parents and being available to do the work so quickly! Thank you!

Great company and reliable owner. We recently had to call them back for some issue. The owner came out himself with no delay, explained the issue and took care of it quickly. Things do happen from time to time and how they manage it is what sets the good ones apart. They care about their reputation and their customers, so I won’t hesitate to call Capelli again in the future.

Preston’s service is absolutely outstanding! I had a serious issue with my sewer main being backed up, and Preston came out promptly to assess the situation. Using a camera, he quickly identified the problem—a belly in the pipe that needed to be addressed. He explained everything in detail and recommended digging up and re-bedding the pipe while installing a two-way clean out for easier maintenance in the future. He replaced about 25 feet of pipe with incredible precision and care. He was professional, efficient, and left the area clean and tidy when he was done. Preston’s knowledge, honesty, and top-quality workmanship made what could have been a nightmare situation completely stress-free. I can’t recommend him highly enough—he’s a true pro! If you need plumbing help, he’s the one to call! 5 stars all the way!

Compelli Plumber Jesse was very efficient and very knowledgeable and seem to know what he was doing. I was very pleased and seem to trust what they were going to do in Replacing my Plumbing pipes. Compelli was referred to me by a relative and I was not disappointed at all. I am very pleased with their service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I've used them mulitple times and they do an amazing job. We had a recent issue with I had to use 2 other service companies since Capelli wasn't open on the weekend and they couldn't figure out the issue. I called Capelli and they figured it out day 1. A few days after, the issue was completely resolved. They kept me updated on all the work and treated my house like it was their own home. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Capelli Plumbing. They were able to schedule us quickly for a consult/walk-through, and provided an estimate. On the days the work was done, of course there were additional problems, which the plumbers talked through with me so I could make an informed decision about what to do. We've already referred them and will have them back to do some additional work.

Preston was very knowledgeable and great at explaining issue and corrective action of those issues in laymen’s terms.

I reached out to Capelli Plumbing mid-day on a Monday; received a call back Tuesday morning (early) LOL. A very nice plumber showed up and we went around the house to show hime what I needed done and where each faucet is located. The both projects were completed in a few hours.

This is my 2nd time using Capelli in the last year and both times the work was great and done efficently. The rep both times was Edward. For this 2nd repair, he inspected, explained and carried out the shower leak repair quickly. He communicated clearly what was wrong and estimated time to fix and cost. Price and work were great and I highly recommend using Capelli.

I've not had a bad experience with them yet and unfortunately, that's based on many plumbing projects in my home from clog clearing, whole home re-piping, hot water heater installs, and a cleanout installed. James is a good guy, honest and up front. His crew is responsive and works up to the same standard. Highly recommend.

This company (Capelli Plumbing) is great! They replied immediately and came out the very next morning. I needed them to cap a gas line and make it flush with the wall, for a new electric stove. Jesse was totally proficient, worked fast, and explained everything to me. I’d use them for any future jobs.

Discovered a plugged drain line servicing our kitchen sink, dishwasher and clothes washer.

Contacted our favorite plumbing company. In short order a technician arrived (Preston) and had things well in hand and the obstruction cleared.
Each time we have the opportunity to have Preston as our tech, we are impressed with his attitude and thoughtfulness.

More issues with our plumbing. This time a leak under our bathroom sink and a damaged cartridge on the hot water faucet.
Called and set an appointment. Team that handled by issue was prompt and empathetic.
The technician arrived earlier than anticipated and got to work. The job turned out to be one that seemed easy, but troublesome.
As an elderly man, I could have done the repair myself, but would have used most of my “sailors vocabulary” and add to that, a few human sacrifices.
Jessie Martinez gave the job his best attention. The proof of the pudding was that my wife inspected the job, the condition of the work site, and ran water to test everything.
She was pleased… and with that, I was ecstatic.

Called Capelli Plumbing for warranty work.
Technician arrive precisely at the appointed time frame and repaired that part that had failed.
Jessie was pleasant and again, efficient with the repair.
Highly recommend Jessie.
Try him… you will like him…. “A lot”!

My experience with Capelli plumbing was an enjoyable one from my initial call to the end of the technicians’ visit.

Edward was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He was a pleasure to work with! I had a clogged laundry room drain.

Did excellent . Preston and Runardo were very courteous and patient, explained every thing. I give them 5 stars.

Preston was quickly able to identify the likely cause of a small gas leak in the line leading to my dryer. After reconfiguring and resealing the connection it was fixed. Highly recommend.

Called Capelli plumbing this morning to check my sewer line. Line has been backing up for quite some time. They came out within 20 min. Used the camera to check what the issue was and found that the original clay piping and cracked in multiple places. Work is not done, they will be back on Friday to finish. Preston is extremely professional and pleasant. He clearly communicated what the issue is and what needs to be done to repair the sewer line. I highly recommend Capellini Plumbing. This is not the first time I’ve used them. They will continue to be the only plumbing company I use. I could not be more satisfied.

Preston was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with how soon they were able to arrive. Our water was off less than an hour My only issues was the cost for how much work was being done, but that's the world we live in now.
