Just had Capelli come out and add a main shut off and check out one of my sinks that was very old. Preston showed up on time, added the main shut off and replaced some shut offs on my sink very efficiently. Very personable and friendly too.

Had a backed up toilet that also caused issues with the shower. I called Capelli plumbing early in the morning. They responded back promptly that they would send someone over. Jesse and his associate arrived around 9am. They were courteous and straightforward with what they were going to do. I was pleasantly surprised considering my last couple of encounters with plumbers coming out have been less than stellar…to put it nicely. I will continue to use Capelli plumbing for any plumbing issues moving forward.

Highly, highly recommend! What a terrific experience. Edward came to the home exactly on schedule and was very thorough and effect in his work. He fixed four separate issues in less than two hours and saved me both time and additional money by diagnosing issues and repairing before replacing. Edward, like everyone else I have worked with from Capelli, was so nice to work with - showing me how the repair would be done and explaining to me what he was going to do and how it should work. He was terrific.

The price for the work was very reasonable and the job was completed far faster than I had expected. Could not endorse this business more strongly. The 2 gentlemen that came to fix our issue were more than polite and courteous. They introduced themselves, but I am so bad with names. They told me a price of the possible issue and a quick talk with my mother, who is the owner of the home, we gave the ok. Then approximately 45 minutes later, it was done. They cleaned up and left after payment. They were efficient, polite and respectful. I will definitely keep them in mind for next time.
