I Have known Victor Gladiator for 35 years. As a Property Manager they are the only Plumbing company I will call not only are they Professional and skilled, I find them to be honest.
They come when you need them and capable of handling any job.

I had a great experience with Rick and Victor Gladiator. They really took care of me and made sure I was going to have hot, running water. Rick was extremely communicative, patient, kind, and overall just a sweet person to interact with. 10/10 service!

It was late Saturday and both my toilets backed up into the bathtubs!!! My cousin is a plumber but was busy and he recommended Gladiator Plumbing. Salvador came and fixed the problem. It wasn't a simple fix but he got to the root of the problem and got it fixed. Fair pricing too

I called Gladiator company due to a leak along the bottom of a toilet and got someone on the phone immediately who was able to give me a quote. I found out that they had someone available in about 1 or 2 hours. I accepted the bid on the phone and the plumber came out as scheduled, found the problem and replaced the seal under the toilet and replaced the toilet back and told us to wait 3 hours for the seals to dry. He left our place clean and was professional. I will call Alligator plumbing again should I need a responsive and reasonable able plumber.

We have used this company for the last few years for our plumbing issues. They are always prompt and friendly, and the prices are fair as well. The work is great, we've never had any issues with the repairs. They always do a good job explaining things in an easy way to understand. I highly recommend them.

We have called on Gladiator plumbing before for smaller jobs in a condo. We are moving to a single-family home, and as luck would have it, the water mains suddenly started leaking and needed urgent attention so we had no water.

Well, the first plumbing company we contacted said they needed to cut into our paver and gave a higher estimate and longer timeline.

We remembered the “smaller jobs” Gladiator had done for us in our condo and decided to give them a try at our new place. Well, to our surprise and relief they came on-site right away and brainstormed the problem.

Gladiator plumbing told us they would replace the water mains rather than just fix the leak. As a bonus, they even figured out how to access it Underground from a different location, thereby saving us a ton of $$ from breaking up our pavers and having to replace them, like was suggested. Their pricing seemed fair and reasonable.

The scheduler got us scheduled in 2 days later. On the day of, we were not able to be on site with their crew, but they arrived on time and did an excellent job, taking pictures and updating us every step of the process as they moved really quickly to replace the water main. They graciously tested all the water faucets, and were done before the end of the day, leaving the place cleaned up like nothing ever happened. So now Gladiator ‘s are our go-to for all our plumbing needs - big and small.

We have every confidence in them and going by their record with us, we highly recommend them - we're sure your experience with them will be just as positive!

We discovered some major drainage issues in our crawl space unexpectedly. Gladiator was quick to respond and did an excellent job cleaning up and replacing the 90+year old drainage piping under house. They were very professional, and even helped with fixing a toilet valve we had an issue with when we went to test all the drains. I have been a customer of Gladiator for over 20 years. Not once have I ever been disappointed with their work. They replaced my sewer laterals, installed water heaters, fixed and replaced faucets, toilet, dishwashers and disposals. There’s no job to big or small they cannot do. They have a crew of experienced and knowledgeable plumbing technicians who arrive on time, always complete the job, and clean up when they are done! Gladiator is a company that takes pride in the work they do. I highly recommend them.

He not only fixed our plumbing issue but also went above and beyond in providing additional assistance with other issues that were outside of what we requested the repairs for at no extra cost. Would recommend and would book again should any future problems arise (hopefully not though :))

Call them for our water heater that stopped working and started flooding the garage and they came out in the middle of the night to help us resolve the issue and replace the water heater in the morning and it was a very smooth interaction and I appreciate their professionalism and I think you should call them anytime you have any issues because they are awesome

They quoted me $200 for a toilet install then charged me $450 after installation claiming San Mateo is more expensive and it was a non-standard toilet (seemed normal to me). The guys did decent work installing the toilet, but the floor was scratched. If they just quoted a price and charged the same price, I’d feel better, but I feel like it’s just bait and switch. Buyer beware.

My landlord contacted Gladiator Plumbing to fix a bathroom sink leak. They came by a total of 3 times. They installed a new faucet to hopefully take care of the leak. After it was installed I saw it was still leaking shortly after he left.

I contacted the installer to tell him it was still leaking. he came by again and said don’t put water on top of the bathroom faucet. He seemed annoyed to come back.
I’m confused because it is impossible to avoid water on or around the faucet (handles or base). The installer said he couldn’t help me and that it was user error. What????? He recorded a video to send to the landlord showing it wasn’t leaking. He said I probably need a more expensive faucet that won’t leak. He said something that costs $500. I said I don’t need an expensive faucet nor do I know what they cost. I need a faucet that functions as it should.

Once the installer sent his recorded test (poring water on the sides of the faucet) -the outcome—-all of few minutes later their was water on the baseboard of the bathroom sink. The installer ran out quickly because he didn’t want to fix the problem. I contacted gladiator to tell them I don’t want the same installer to come back to address the problem. Gladiator is claiming they completed the job. I said you didn’t fix the issue because the bathroom sink is still leaking. Gladiator claims they might need to do more and they need approval from my landlord to tell them what they want to do now. They are trying to get more money and dragging it out. It’s been a week. This is soo frustrating because they didn’t complete a simple job.

Had a leaky water valve below out bathroom sink. I called Gladiator on a Saturday afternoon before Christmas. Gladiator was able to send out a top shelf plumber, Jorge! within 90 minutes
Jorge quickly fixed the leak and explained what he did and the steps I missed in my home repair attempt.
I ve added them to my home my home repair contracts.

Bathroom sink was badly clogged! Needed this issue resolved quickly. I called gladiator around 5 pm. Tech showed up at 7:30 pm & fixed my clogged sink! Really like how fast they were able to show up. Tech was very friendly, detailed as well.

I’m so furious with this company. My elderly parents had two parts replaced in a shower. They charged them 450$ and hour and a 500% mark up on parts. They should be ashamed. They should of at least been up
Front with the hourly charge.

If you are looking up plumbers on Google trying to figure out who to call. Call Souza & Viviani. John did an excellent job. I had a huge cement sink that was 60 years old that I couldn't lift or fix myself. Very professional called me before he arrived, called me promptly with an estimate.
Showed up on time. I now have a great sink.
