I called John about a toilet that wouldn't flush at the house. He was super helpful and really informative about my options and prices. Gave me a realistic idea of what could be going on and how we would go about taking care of it. They couldn't have been more helpful in helping me solve my problem and they're super cool guys to work with. They've been in business for a long time and it's obvious why. I have been using them for years. I had an emergency project in an old house. They responded quickly and were able to schedule the work quickly. They had to reroute piping, tie into an old system, and update valving. They needed to trench and go through external walls but worked hard to minimize damage. Their experience really showed working with the old plumbing. Great work, great communication, very reasonable price.

We had a backed-up sewer line which runs 227 feet to the main sewer. After contact a few other plumbing companies no one seemed to want to help up with this problem. I contacted Costello Plumbing and they responded to our need within 1-1/2 hours. They were able to clear the blockage within 45 minutes. They were very professional and accommodating and price was very reasonable.
On another occasion we had a broken drainpipe in our Master Bathroom, it was on a Sunday. I sent an e-mail off and the owner responded to me via text within 1 hour. We schedule an appointment for the following Monday afternoon, they showed up early, made the repair and everything was good. Once again, they were very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Called Costello’s Plumbing Company around 4pm and spoke with Gary, who immediately arranged for someone to come out by 5pm since I needed urgent help with a clogged toilet.
The technician, Miguel, was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop the entire time, especially since I wasn’t onsite. He shared photos and called me throughout the process so I always knew what was going on. Had I called another company, I likely would’ve spent more money, but he was honest and fair about what actually needed to be done.
I couldn’t get any other company to come out since many were close to closing, but Costello’s still made it happen. On top of that, the pricing was fair.
It’s so rare to find customer service like this these days. Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Eddy stood out for his comprehensive investigation into my plumbing system's problems. Plus he was analytical and methodical when proposing solutions.

We hired Costello's plumbing for two separate jobs at our business and they did a phenomenal job! Miguel and Alex are professional and proficient. They believe in repairing rather than replacing everything. The repairs were cost effective and are holding up very well! Gary and his team did a great job repairing our water line after a tree fell and ripped it out of the ground. I was out of town when it happened and Gary promptly went over and took care of it.

Started from requesting service on text. Very quick response from Gary, able to get me a quick appointment. He communicated on the service tech will be here for the fix. Willy came on time, fixed the shutoff valve. Work was little complicated, he fixed with utmost care. Checked everything before the work was completed. A+ SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Less than 24 hrs ago I discovered a leak in my water heater. I checked "Angies List" for recommended local plumbers. Costello's plumbing came up. I was contacted within 10 minutes. We set an appt for this morning between 9 and 10. Vic and his helper arrived about 9:15. I was given a detailed quote with a fair and expected price. In less than 3 hrs a new heater was brought and installed. Vic did a great job on the installation and clean up. He explained the ways and reasons for servicing the new heater. I was expecting this to be an all day process. The quick and thorough job done by Vic allowed me to keep afternoon appts. My thanks to him and Costello's plumbing for the quick response. I highly recommend them and will keep their number for any future plumbing needs. Great Job!
