I've used Gladiator 4 or 5 times to do repairs on my duplex and have been happy with the their services each time.

Professional, responsive, knowledgeable and timely. David
uses every available resource to find a resolution to any problem. After a visit, he follows up to ensure the problem no longer exists and to ensure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

It's been a long time since someone saved the day in our house, but Victor from Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing did just that on Monday evening. What was a little drip in the bathtub tap when I left the house that morning, had become a small waterfall by Monday evening. It was the hot water, too, so the house back of our place was damp. The ceilings were dripping and the kitchen floor was sopping wet.

That's when I called our property manager, who put us in touch with Victor. He had it all sorted in less than an hour. He was extremely kind and capable and I would definitely recommend Gladiator and especially Victor if you run into emergency plumbing situations. Thank you so much, Victor! You're our superhero :)

Gladiatir came according to our appointment and had a position where they could’ve just melt us for Repair and Reese trap removal but they noted the problem was inside and completed a job at a super reasonable price. They were great.

A bunch of crooks! Osvaldo came out to clear out a cleanout in our sewer line that was blocked. He quoted my husband $850 to do the work but after it was done he hit me with $1,125 bill. Basically strong armed me in to paying more than what he and my husband spoke about. Even worse, we agreed to have them do a trenchless repair and they quoted us a price and when we put it on hold to do our research, Osvaldo refused to do the work at the agreed upon price and doubled the price because "we probably shopped it around" and "it's an expensive area to work". Complete crooks....stay far, far away from this company. Their office didn't even care to hear what we had to say when we called them to tell them what was going on.

Homeowner in El Cerrito. Gladiator is my go to for all things plumbing related. They are extremely responsive, professional and affordable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend Victor. I had a water leak under my house, I called Victor, he asked a few questions, gave me a ball park estimate and scheduled an appointment. He was responding to text messages promptly, arrived on time, explained everything he was trying to do, fixed the problem, gave me some good tips, cleaned everything up and stayed on budget. His prices and estimates are very fair, I would definitely trust him. I'll absolutely keep his phone number handy in case I need a plumber going forward.

The pump in our lift station wasn't activating and we were having problems with sewage. Roto Rooter came out twice and basically didn't know what they were doing. In frustration I turned to Yelp. Gladiator was extremely responsive (came out same day) and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional.

BEWARE. They came to our apartment building 3 times to fix 1 problem. Flooded my neighbors garage with sewage & damaged their belongings. This time they took the toilet off in my apartment to snake the line, even tho the problem was not coming from my apartment. It was coming from the sewer main. What a nightmare. Hours of loud machine and every surface in my bathroom covered with the sewage spray, and towels destroyed when they left. Lots of cleanup. They also left a small lake of raw sewage outside my neighbor's backyard. When asked about cleanup, the plumber said, 'not my job. You have to hire a professional to clean that.' It most definitely IS the plumber's job to clean up after themselves. Nothing I could do either since the landlord was the one who hired them & he doesn't have to live with their terrible work.

I have used their services a few times. The last two times I have been very disappointed. Our most recent experience was the worst. We did not receive an estimate for the work that needed to be done. The plumber said he only charged us for 4 hours instead of the five he said he was there. He was only working on our project for three hours. When I called to question the invoice I was told that the person had to check with the plumber and I would receive a call the next day. Three weeks later I received an invoice in the mail with a 10% discount. This was the best they could do. I called and spoke to the same person I did the last time and she could not provide me with a reason we did not receive and estimate nor address the time issue. I do not recommend using their service. We will never use it again. .

I always use Gladiator for any plumbing issues. Raul and his team are professional, on time and usually.competitively priced. They do excellent work and look after the details.

We highly recommend Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing, Victor arrived at our house promptly and took care of our clogged drain on a Sunday. He was very clear on the price over the phone and no surprises. Also the cheapest rate, some couldn't even give us a price. He was very professional and respectful. I'm not much for keeping business cards, but his is going on the fridge! Thank you Victor!

GLADIATOR PLUMPING has consistently been responsive to my needs. Their employees know what they are doing. They are honest, reliable and do high quality work. They have done small jobs like the fixing the garbage disposal and clearing a clog, to repiping my entire house out to the street. They are very responsive. I have no hesitations about recommending them.

I had a blockage in a 110yo cast iron / clay sewer line . Two large rooter companies failed to unclog and recommended Hydrojetting ($1000-1800). Gladiator , another large company that does Hydrojetting advised me Hydrojetting will not do the job . They came with a large huge motor snake with several 4” knifes and after one hour opened the clog for 1/4 the price . I am a Chemical Engineer and am qualified to recommend Gladiator with no hesitation , David

This company ran some copper piping and installed vent pipes through my roof for my remodel back in August. They did a good job and in a timely manner. However 4 days ago I noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling. When I go to the attic I see that it is leaking from the vent pipe they installed through my roof. When I get to the roof I see that they never sealed the holes that they made in my roof. I patched the holes myself in about 15 minutes. The water that seeped through ruined my newly painted ceiling in my kitchen. I’ve been calling them since Saturday and looks like they are giving me the runaround. Nobody seems to be able to pick up the phone and call me back to take care of this issue. First they said they’d call me on Monday, but didn’t. So I called them and they then said they’d call on Tuesday (today), but still no call. Now I’m being told that the manager might be sick all week. Stay tuned…

It’s now Wednesday night and though they said they were going to have a painting company reach out to me, I haven’t heard anything. If this isn’t taken care of soon I’ll do it myself and their rating will be reduced to 1 star.

I should have posted this sooner but Gladiator fixed the damage within a week. They had a very nice and hardworking painter come in and fix everything and it looks good as new!!

Gladiator Plumbing is a reliable and professional company that has helped resolve the plumbing issues at our home over the years. I won’t use anyone else!

Victor, owner operator of Gladiator Rooter and Plumbing handled to provide us a brand new main water line (copper L grade pipe) to our house on June 30th., 2020. His price quote compared to other companies was most welcoming. He understood the project so quickly and finished the project in one day. I highly recommend to anyone, if you're looking for fixing any issues related to plumbing.
