We had Plumbing Ministry do a Sewer Lateral Inspection and Test. This company is the worst. They were schedule to be at the property @ 9AM. All tenants were waiting for them. We called to find out what was going on and they rescheduled us for 2PM without letting ANYONE know. When they showed up one guy sat in his vehicle while the other tech worked. They could not figure our what was wrong with the pressure test and said they will be back in the morning at 9AM. We rearranged time with all tenants for the next day at 9AM. We were on site at 9AM and they never showed up, we finally left at 11:30, no word from there office or anyone. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY.

I have recommended and personally used Plumbing Ministry for many years. They are very responsive and easy to work, but more important I haven't had any issues with the work they have done for myself and my clients. In Real Estate, we often have to complete the repairs prior to closing and the repairs are often schedule at the very end. If the repairs are not done right or if they do not show up on time, it delays the closing for everyone. Plumbing Ministry has been fast and the sewer lateral replacements have passed without any issues. I've used them in the cities of Oakland, Alameda and San Leandro. Plumbing Ministry is who I called when my sewer lateral failed at my personal home and they did a great job!
