The tech, Todd, arrived after a longer than anticipated job with his previous customer (we had been notified of the late arrival) but was cheerful and energetic and got right to work diagnosing our problem. He explained the issue, including under sink video showing origin of the leak, then told us our options and emailed us all the paperwork, part of which was a letter for me to show the manufacturer of the lifetime warrantied faucet! This is a great company with good, honest people.

Used PPS last year, was very pleased. This week had a leaky sink; called and was given an appointment for that afternoon. Once again Todd came by - he's great. Quick fix and we're back in business.

Todd came over to fix my slow flushing toilet and change the component in my tank. He worked quickly and professionally. He also answered my other plumbing questions. He let me know that I could save some money by purchasing my own parts as applicable; just keep the receipt if the parts needed to be returned if they didn't work or they were the wrong component. In today's economic market, his suggestions were so welcomed. I am having his company back to work on my shower and kitchen.

Called Pacific Plumbing because they are diamond certified and seem focused on smaller jobs. We needed to reseat a toilet. Thrilled to get a next day appointment. Todd arrived early(!) for the arrival window (how often does that happen?!) and finished the reseating in a little over an hour. We had Todd address a couple other minor issues which he did quickly. Todd is very personable. It was as though we’d invited a handy friend to come over and fix somethings. He was thorough, kept the workspace very clean and orderly. Would definitely recommend Pacific Plumbing for their friendliness, the quality of their work, and reasonable prices.

Pacific Plumbing did a few things in this old house. They replumbed my bathroom to address the water pressure and lack and f hot water. They also installed new shower fixtures. In addition they replaced the toilet with a new comfort toilet. In the kitchen they installed a garbage disposal and repiped under the sink.

Todd came by to check out a suspected gas leak in our laundry room and discovered the gas hookup to the dryer had never been installed properly—scary! He safely shut down the gas line until he could do the repair the next day. He explained everything clearly and communicated throughout the process. The next day, he replaced the flex line, leveled the dryer, checked the lint line, and cleaned up afterward. All of that for around $525, which I think is a pretty standard price for the work done. Super thorough, professional, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Todd was personable, courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained why the toilet wasn’t filling properly. He was fantastic!

Contractor gave us a choice of faucets based on price, appearance, features, etc. We chose one and plumber came same day and installed it and a new garbage disposal. He was friendly, courteous, quick and competent. Total price was about one third what another company quoted for same work. What more can a customer ask for? This company is HIGHLY recommended for all plumbing jobs.

Todd and Dan installed a new water heater, catch pan, etc for me today. Excellent job! Great communication as well. They truly inspire confidence and I can relax knowing that things will be done as they should be. Thank you guys!
