I recently purchased plumbing supplies from Ferguson and had the most wonderful customer experience in many, many years. The experience was brought about by an outstanding gentleman named Billy Caceres from the inside sales department. Thank you Billy for restoring my confidence in customer service as I was beginning to believe that the standard of “ real “ customer service was a lost skill. 👏👏👏

Five stars not enough! Elliott at the San Leandro location was so helpful to me today, tracking down an obscure part and making sure I got the best deal possible. I can't recommend these folks highly enough.

Called this store looking for a rare part for a bidet I was having trouble fitting into my toilet. Every other store I called simply told me that they had never seen something like I was requesting and left me out to dry. When I called Ferguson the representative said she would try to find something. And 15 minutes later I got a text with part number for the exact thing I wanted. And she was able to find a location that still has a few as this part is not made anymore. 10/10 service.

I gave him one star cuz you have to have one start to leave a review. I got there 5 minutes before they close I called ahead to say I was coming traffic was holding me up. I was really desperate to get a plumbing part. There was a guy behind the counter helping a customer when I walked in. Told him I was desperate but he told me they're closing he couldn't help me. He still had customers in there it wasn't 4:00 yet and the door was open.

Nice folks in the receiving warehouse. Unloaded by appointment in about 2 hrs, non-palletized. Off Fairways turn into driveway with Ferguson Sales sign and go to the end and turn right and follow to end of the building. Last 2 doors are for receiving. Pretty tight spot to hit your delivery dock because of other trucks, forklifts, materials on ground... be careful with employees moving about on yard. Stay safe ;-)

We bought 4 kohler toilet seats from this store. One of them was defective. We tried to return the defective one back the next day but they close at 4pm before we could reach the store. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We brought it back on Monday morning. The front desk clerk/supervisor said since it is a manufacture defective, he couldn’t return it. He asked me to contact the manufacturer directly. We told him this is unheard of. He said it is Ferguson’s policy. We had to call Ferguson headquarters to find out how to return it. Headquarters told us to try to return it to another store. We spent many hours and finally were able to return it to another store. The store manager did call us back and apologized. How can Ferguson hire this rude, incompetent person who falsely claimed to be the store manager and made up store policy. He should be fired immediately! We bought a replacement toilet cover with Amazon. We regret ever shopping at Ferguson. They have no customer service and waste so much of the customers’ time.

Fifteen years ago Albion Plumbing (Michael Grant) replaced our sewer lateral pipe from the house to the street and installed a tankless instant water heater. The results were absolutely amazing, outstanding and beyond question of quality and price. Today April 15, 2026 we called on Albion again to remove our defective reverse osmosis system. Note that system was not purchased from Albion. We are so happy about calling on Albion and why not we have fond memories that
supported this decision. We felt so special that he remembered us, a single customer from 15+ years. Michael is an intelligent and exceptionally nice guy. His workmanship shined today as it did 15+ years ago. We chose who we are convinced is the best in the plumbing business.

These guys are awesome. Had a lot of plumbers come to figure out my problem with my drain always backing up. Albion came out and figured out immediately. Armando is a genius. Saved me a lot of money with repeat service visits.

I've used Albion three times and I have had consistently had great customer service and work. They are very professional and easy to communicate with. I had a sink backup in one of my apartments and they were even able to squeeze me in same day. They take detailed notes for telling me probable cause of any issues which I appreciate as a landlord. I highly recommend them.

Albion was efficient, courteous and helpful in explaining the option available to resolve my sewer issue. Their pricing was much more reasonable than the other bids. They communicated with me all along the process keeping me informed of their progress. Job well done!

11/10! My shower would not drain at all so I called Albion. They were able to come out same day on a Friday and take care of it. They were super friendly , thorough and efficient over the phone and the technician who came out was just as great. He was in and out and had the problem fixed in no time. I have used Albion before and would not hesitate to call them again.
