Very nice and clean place it's a plumbing distribution center. they have a warehouse and a store where you can buy plumbing supplies. Very clean and well organized store. Friendly people.

The people in receiving were so friendly. Got me unloaded in no time at all. Nice to work with happy, friendly people.

Way slow counter sales are not knowledgeable in plumbing or there own system over 2 hours to get supplies. The only person who is the best person for counter sales is Angelina

Today I went to buy some parts for a water heater but they gave me bad service. I don't recommend you go to that place.

Took nearly 30 minutes to get one piece of pipe that had already been called. Brought the wrong pipe the first time. Counter staff are all very nice but completely untrained and uneducated regarding products. They had no idea that there are specific hand cutters for black pipe/galvy. Coudn't sell me one. They were also unable to fathom that rigid makes a set of heads to go with the 12-R ratcheting threader. I gave up.

My truck only has an 8' rack so i needed to cut down a 21' piece to fit on my truck. (See earlier comment about cutters) The manger walked by whie i was cutting pipe with my own bandsaw and told me "there's no cutting allowed" . Jackass.

This is the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks that a Ferguson has utterly wasted my time.

The young man at the counter was eager and aggressive in the manner as to how he told me as to how much he COULDN'T help me and couldn't offer any advice.He vaguely pointed where my parts might be in the store .This before I even said anything. Went to nearby Meyer Plumbing Supply and they hooked me up pronto.
